Note:
- This video will not include EVERY single variant. I decided to add my favorite variants, including variants included in other logo histories on Channel Five, because if I added every variant, then it would be unwatchable. So it's forbidden to comment "You forgot [variation not included]" or any other criticism because I worked hard on this.
After nearly two months, the wait is over. It's possible that logo histories might take a month again, but rest assured there's more to come. Things have once again been tough, but I've also gained some new interests, especially movies and music (I'm really enjoying Nirvana at the moment). Don't worry though, my interest in logos has still very much been around, and I watch logo histories almost all the time. There's also this Musto Graphics collection video I've been watching, showcasing custom logos that Fabian (TR3X PRODUCTIONS) and Dylan (/OMEGA) animated over the years, which can be seen on TR3X's 2nd channel.

Channel Five is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel launched in 1997 to provide a fifth national terrestrial station in the United Kingdom. It is owned and operated by Channel 5 Broadcasting Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paramount Global's UK and Australia division. They show internally commissioned programs such as The Drowning, All Creatures Great and Small, and Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild. Imports from the U.S. include CSI, NCIS, Law & Order, Power Rangers, The Mentalist, and the sitcom Friends. The channel was renamed Five from 16th September 2002 until 13th February 2011.

Amazing channel 5 logo history. It's one of the best TV ID that UK ever had. I might say amazing job.
EXCELLENT IDENT HISTORY! Apparently you've been taking LOTS and LOTS of work into your logo histories lately, especially the ones from bigger companies and networks. Anyway, Channel Five might not be the greatest of the British television networks, but it's yet another one with an amazing library of logos and television idents, with the idents from 1997, 2006, and 2008 being the greatest examples. Out of all the batches of idents from Channel Five, I think the 2008-2011 one is by far the _BEST_ one, due to its fantastically-done and creative concepts put into some of their variations (such as the "superheroes" variant at 23:19 and the "city drums" one at 23:35). And overall, these British people, over the years, had (and still has) lots of creativity and talent to put into the television networks' idents.
Thanks, Man! I truly have been working hard, and learned to take breaks along the way. It turned out great in the end. Their idents are some of the greatest in television history. I strongly agree with your picks, and another that is my favorite are the 2011-16 idents, due to their creative use of CGI and live-action effects. Stay tuned for future content!
18:08 Nostalgia hit me hard when I didnt expect it. The music in this ident is absolutely a remix of Finished Symphony by Hybrid, which was the music used in the Untracked level in one of the first video games I ever played, SSX Tricky.

Here's a fact I got from Wikipedia: On 19th September 2022, the funeral of Elizabeth II was occurring. BBC One, BBC Two, and ITV broadcast the funeral, while Channel 4 broadcast a documentary about Elizabeth. However, Channel 5 played the The Emoji Movie instead. The move had mixed reactions. Some believed it was disrespectful, while others praised them for airing child-friendly alternatives during a dark day in the nation.
Also, I'm not sure if it airs Shrek.
