Don't start me on Differential Calculus. I tried 4 different books to learn calculus, finally bought a fancy "Sharp" calculator that taught me calculus. It came in handy doing Powerplant efficiency calculations. Several MBA's I worked with happy I was there.

I'm having trouble finding claim records on the lower Kern between Keysville and Democrat dam. There are many spots I want to to try, but don't want to jump claims. There are many records on lode claims to be found, but only one I found on the river. Any suggestions? Thanks lodes. lol

Interesting is that we find so much lead than gold...... and lead has a very thick density-weight, but gold has a higher density than lead ..... So they travel together ..... So is it true to find gold where we find lead ?

Climbing hills literally . Climbing down to the river ect, or till you find you must climb up cuz you can’t get to the stream. Repetition 🤔

I very much appreciate your methodical approach. I never trust a man that wears his hat indoors but that's an aside! Keep up the good work mate, I am learning!

When did the old prospectors figure out how to find or capture super fine gold?
I am asking because we have a lot of claims that have been worked here in Alaska, just curious if they missed a lot due to the old methods and tools.
    Thanks.
