Kya ek per ke chakkar lene ki practice mei heels chil jati hain? I try to practice but is waja se practice he nhi ho pati. It pains a lot. Is it normal in the beginning or am I doing it incorrectly?

thoda bohot samay lagta hai pairo ko aur body ko chakkar ki aadat lagne me. easiest fix is to use your core in chakkars taaki heels pe bhaar naa pade
