Since you have already done Bachelors in Kathak...this beginners course may not be of much use to you. Hopefully we will be able to provide more intense content for advance students in our other courses.

The more you practice you will get less dizzy.

I am unable to take the chakras as my head starts to swim and I feel giddy. any idea how to improve?
geetika first try some balancing exercises. That may help. Some yoga asanas may also help develop balance. Close your eyes and walk on your toes and heels... alternately...try other things that just chakkars of kathak.
CROSS TRAING IS THE WAY to move forward for you, I think.
