hater. Do you know the cost of one fighter jet for example? A brand new one for that matter? It is more than the eurobond figure. So why should we invest in such and we are not at war with anybody? The current enemy is Al shabab and the most sophisticated weapon they have is an RPG. Do you know how much the missiles cost for you to say missile as if they are grenades? KDF has come along way from those who understand its journey. For layman like yourself will be wowed by scenes in movies till you get a grasp of the cost involved. For KDF to modernize everything that cost would run into trillions and KDF is not the equipment but the personnel that matter. Even with bayonets but with knowledge of the modern warfare KDF can win any war. The modern war is in actual sense intellectual more than physical. It is all about capacity building not showing off weapons, making them etc. We dont need wars but we also need to be prepared for one and that is why all those trainings are necessary.

No you can't,the only offer warfare studies which is strictly offered to military officers,even a police officer cannot join
