Seems to me that a big knob right in the front center of the machine that screams "TOUCH ME" wasn't the best design for a control that isn't supposed to be touched during normal use. But, it's good to know that the "ooops" correction isn't overly complicated or lengthy. Thanks for the info! #LockBoss

Maybe Keyline should make the sticker bigger or put it on the screen when booting up like CNC's when they are booting up. It does not look that difficult to calibrate thought. #LockBoss
I must admit that this machine is making me lazy and gander with frustration at my Blitz machine. I also would like to point out that a tracer calibration is needed when toggling from cutter vo12 (1.5mm) to cutter vo37 (2.0mm) but is easy to do. #LockBoss The new ford 30000 series is doable on this machine with the vo12 cutter.
I learned early to look for the don't part of the instructions first. Also have a sticker on my boat. says if all else fails read directions. # lockboss
They really put some thought into engineering the process to adjust the tracer easily... too bad they couldn't have made a better locking system for the knob that wouldn't enable a person to so easily unscrew it... maybe a "pull then turn" knob or something.
