7:30 Ana's asking why would anyone pay attention to what Francesca is doing and saying she's being dishonest, which she wasn't. I watched Francesca's content for years as a member of this network, just like I watched Cenk and Ana. I never agreed with Francesca 100% of the time, just like I never agreed with Cenk or Ana 100% of the time. But I liked her commentary when I was a TYT member, and I still like it now because she hasn't changed. It's too bad I can't say the same for Cenk and Ana.
Everyone who was ever on TYT at this point has turned on Cenk and Ana and they still can’t piece together that they are the problem, the only who’s who have tried to stay neutral is basically anyone who works there, Farron cousins(who said he’s not commenting on it), and David Pacman has had cenk on and at best said cenk was naive, EVERYONE else has either been turned on or called them out, Kyle Kulinski, Fran, Emma, Jordan charitan, Jimmy dore(course he’s just on his own grift but still), Mike Tracy, like, either Cenk is a abysmal judge of character or MAYBE HES WRONG!

This is some amazingly bad reporting, and attacking people using that bad reporting is kind of disgusting. The Clinton situation was that Cubans fleeing in rafts picked up by the coast guard were taken to Guantanamo, not the prison facility, for processing to get INTO the US. It never held 45k, only 33k were picked up and taken there over a year, 8k were transferred to panama, and then we then took in 20k for the year, processing more in the following years. There are no numbers regarding Obama and Biden, we do know that Biden looked to doubling its capacity to 400. Not 40k, not 4k, 400. That said, it looks like the camp is very poor conditions.
On top of all that, ICE currently has 41k bed capacity total, not in Guantanamo, total. 30k camp in Guantanamo does not exist. The last time it may have had that capacity was under h.w. bush. This is the concentration camp "radical leftists" were worried about, so hopefully other countries will take them rather than them being locked up for years.

1- they just said they're against this policy, but simply pointed out that it doesn't amount to the degree of holocausts and concentration camps. That's hardly a right-wing pivot if you ask me.
2- they're responding directly to a video she did where they claim she took a video of cenk out of context. And you can see that cenk was trying to move on from the subject while ana was triggered about it for better or worse. If you want to see "constant bashing", go see channels like the vanguard where every other video they do is stoking division by design.
@mehdikhlifa2030 1- I was referring to multiple contributors who are still progressive after leaving or in the process of leaving TYT, who Both Ana and Cenk have "BASHED." One's who left to pivot to more right-wing ideas would be Charlie Kirk or Jimmy Dore. Ana and Cenk's, views on the crime narrative certainly is a right wing pivot, but that wasn't what I was talking about.
2- It is constant bashing because it's happened multiple times now, I'm not talking about just Franny. I will only concede that Cenk is only half as bad as Ana on this.
I've been disappointed with the direction Cenk and Ana have led the network, and I'm voicing my disappointment.
You don't have to agree with me, but don't misinterpret what I said. The Vangaurd certainly does have a hyper focus on the drama, and I don't think that's healthy either.
@@JRizzleDizzle Fair enough, I think the whole thing's silly and these people should just talk to each other and accept that they have slight disagreements. I think their pivot on crime (if you could call it that) was years in the making (search tyt crime to see how far it goes) and is not unreasonable if you actually hear their criticism.
My issue is on one hand people who, either in bad faith or not, claim that they are betraying the movement and compare them to dave rubin and jimmy dore (which I don't think is fair), and on the other hand tyt taking the bait and replying with their own accusations. The whole thing is unproductive and doesn't help anyone, but there's no denying who keeps casting the first stone then pretend to be the victim because they are smaller channels.
@mehdikhlifa2030 The problem is that many have talked, but both Cenk and Ana have not listened, even to the point of ignoring or belittling their feelings. I also wouldn't say they're full right wing, but as a whole, they are certainly less progressive and more centrist. They still have progressive opinions on certain issues but have mirrored Fox news on other issue in a more right-wing narrative.

Bill Clinton stopped the Haitians from coming in to the country. Stopped them in the water. Grabbing them in the ocean to keep them from having the constitutional protections. They had to process them. Not detain them. Process them in Guantanamo bay. And even that was a disaster and monstrous. But did Ana say that? Give context? Explain why it's massively different?

While it is important to inform your audience correctly and you may try to do that, you're falling short. It is a difference to process migrants from Cuba an Haiti, a neighboring country, at Guantanamo and shipping them there without an continuation plan. You're not doing a good job here.
