I find myself feeling numb when I watch TV or interact with nonbelievers. The hostility is crushing. The hatred and bitterness freely expressed without restraint truly scares me. There is no remedy for this unless hearts are changed. Wide is the road to hell and narrow is the path to Heaven, and few find it. Mostly, I limit my exposure to all of the worldliness bc it takes away the peace I have with Christ. I am praying throughout each and everyday for the hand of restoration to touch my soul, protect my heart from thieves, and to shut my mouth when seeing and hearing the false accusations upon the innocent in this world. This is all so much. Stay in the Word.
Stay away from churches and pastors that do not put much emphasis on loving everyone as yourself but rather seed hatred and self salvation. Do not hate them , continue to love them as yourself do not wish them harm, but rather pray that they are released from seeding hatred rather than love for ALL. Do not get caught up in being at peace with saving yourself, and not everyone, which you are commanded to love as yourself.
@joseesmith6348 That is true, and also: Stay away from pastors who try to sow discord about the Rapture. It's not a belief that is ever mentioned as a requirement for salvation, much less when or how it will happen. People are much more worked up over it, than whether their neighbor has anything to eat, or warm clothes to wear, or taking care of the fatherless or the widows, or anything relevant to being a Christian that Jesus commanded.
Have you not read in various verses in the Bible of the coming wrath of God which will come upon all the evildoers. The bible says “See, the day of the Lord is coming -a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger- to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.” Isaiah 13:9 NIV and “Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.” Colossians 3:6 NIV... However, for those who believe in the Father, and the Son, first the promise of John 14:3, the Lord said, "If a go and prepare a place for you, then I will come back and take you to myself, so that where I am, you will also be." and furthermore Apostle Paul, wrote, that we are to be rescued from the wrath to come. Quoting “and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead-Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.” 1 Thessalonians 1:10 NIV. I would recommend you ask the Holy Spirit for revelation on this subject.
Yes! The Tribulation is the time of JACOB'S Trouble! Not the Church. Jesus is coming to deal with the Jews and unbelievers. And I will pour upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they shall look upon Me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for Him as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for Him as one who is in bitterness for his firstborn. Zechariah 12:10
That promise of rescue is not for anyone today. It was addressed to the 1st century saints, who were to be rescued from the persecution of their own countrymen when Jesus sent the Roman armies to punish the apostate nation that rejected and murdered the Messiah. On them was to come the wrath because of the innocent blood that THEY shed, not on any later generation- Luke 21:5-33, Matthew 23:31-36

I also think that they teach the rapture because they themselves believe it..... The enemy has a fool to them and to thinking that they're gonna get to escape. What is coming instead of having to face it and rely on god's power during it
Because so many will argue about this topic, I think the most important point to take away is that there will be a day when Christ returns and if we are alive to see that day it is important to be watchful and stay diligent and keep our hope and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, don’t argue and insult one another as we all have things yet to learn, be a blessing to others as Christ has taught to Love one another, and if you die living a righteous life as instructed by Christ, you have no worries. If you have faith in God have faith in Christ and you will overcome the grave. Thank you Gary for this important lesson.
Saints Stay Strong!!! It Is Written! KJV - Isaiah 57 : 1 “The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.”
Your reference is cited below, in context. As you can see, that passage offers no support for the doctrine of a pre-trib rapture. _1 The righteous perish,_ _and no one takes it to heart;_ _the devout are taken away,_ _and no one understands_ _that the righteous are taken away_ _to be spared from evil._ _2 Those who walk uprightly_ _enter into peace;_ _they find rest as they lie in_ *DEATH - **-DEATH --** DEATH.*
Thank you Gary for crushing and devastating the false denominational doctrine about the rapture. It is wonderful to hear some of the men speaking against this false doctrine.
This is the worst teaching against the rapture. Here’s a man putting words in a lot of peoples mouths and then bringing up different passages in the Bible without expounding on them to prove his point. Also it’s obvious he’s not trying to do an in depth teaching of scripture but rather insult the people he disagrees with to somehow give credence to his argument. I would encourage you to see Allen Nolan’s teaching on the rapture. If you truly want to find the truth you must hear those you disagree with and not say things like, thank you for crushing and devastating this false doctrine. I assure you he didn’t even come close.
@@rightreasons7908 It’s sad people are so hell bent on holding on to a fake doctrine that even when presented with scriptures refuting such theory of a “ secret rapture” you hold on to it and want to argue against the truth. If you read all of Mathew 24 from beginning to end you will see that Christ will return AFTER the tribulation. Are the ones that were dead in Christ and resurrected in the “ secret rapture” going to die again so that in the second coming they can be resurrected as the Bible states? Are people just going to be in the air for 7 full years until the tribulation period ends? What happens to all the Christians currently facing persecution and death right now in the middle east that are beheaded and those that came before us that died and went through tribulation for his name sake were they not loved enough by God that they weren’t raptured and removed from such tribulation? The fact that those who support pretrib theory have absolutely 0 critical thinking in what they believe in is astounding. There is not one verse in the Bible that says Christ will come twice one for the believers and then again for everyone else. 🤦🏻♀️. Lastly, God does not change. He has never raptured anyone from wrath He covers His people. He doesn’t rapture them. We have tons of examples of God covering His people during times of His wrath: Noah and his family went through God’s wrath against the earth in the flood, Lot and his daughters went through the wrath of sodom and Gomorrah but God covered them, Moses and the Israelites went through all the plagues and the wrath against Egypt but God covered them. At no point God “ raptured them” to save them from His wrath. He COVERS His people With His supernatural power and those who die because of Christ will have a greater reward in the Millenial reign. Literally the Bible says over and over again “ He who ENDURES till the end will inherit the crown of life” yet you pre trib believers some how think God will rapture you before you are even tested. What are you enduring if when it starts getting tough you are supposedly raptured and staying in the clouds for 7 years? Cause no one will go to heaven. The Bible clearly says the Millenial reign will be here on earth. And the meeting in the clouds will be in an instant in the twinkling of an eye. Are people so arrogant to think that they are more special than other followers of Christ that were murdered in tribulation for his name sake? Doesn’t Jesus Christ clearly say that what they did yo him they will do to us? Then how can people even fathom that they will not go through tribulation and even death if necessary if Christ himself went through it and was CRUCIFIED. People need to start reading the Bible themselves in full context cause so many are being led stray. There’s only one person that benefits from people believing in pretrib theory and that is satan. Because the church is completely unprepared for what will come since they are waiting for a secret rapture and the great falling away the Bible talks about will stem precisely from those believers that are waiting to be raptured before tribulation and will be disillusioned when they realize they were mislead with this demonic anti biblical theory of a pretrib rapture and they will bow down to the beast because they will not be able to withstand the test as they did not prepare mentally or physically or spiritually for such a time. Discernment is very much needed in the church. There’s a reason the Bible says “ many are called, but fee are chosen”. If you fear dying for the sake of our savior then you are not worthy of him. He says so himself. That those who seek to save their lives will lose it and those who will lose their lives for his name sake will find it. Open your eyes.
It is only false in his judgment and yours, but not in the Word of God and especially the Apostle Paul. Yes, the Church will be snatched out of the World and it can happen at any movement in the twinkling of an eye before "the Great Tribulation" and there is more than one resurrection as clearly taught in the Word of God. So I would be careful in making accusations against a doctrine that is clearly taught in the Word of God you may need to look into the mirror of God's word and there find that you are the one refusing the truth.
Oops correction in 4th comment below, should say, do not hate the life nor the soul of anyone. ( it seems to say the opposite) sorry for not proof reading.
The Greek word "harpazō" appears thirteen times in the Scriptures (see below). Which of those times says that the followers of Christ will be "snatched" up to heaven? Any of them? Matthew 11:12: "suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." Matthew 13:19: "the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart." John 6:15: "they would come and take him by force, to make him" John 10:12: "and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the" John 10:28: "they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them" John 10:29: "and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand." Acts 8:39: "water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch" Acts 23:10: "the soldiers to go down, and to take him by force from among them," 2 Corinthians 12:2: "I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up to the third" 2 Corinthians 12:4: "How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words," 1 Thessalonians 4:17: "we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in" Jude 1:23: "save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating" Revelation 12:5: "and her child was caught up unto God, and to his"
yea... good observation... very deceptive and very unnecessary, imo he would be right to say there is one rapture at the end of the world when the saved are separated from the unsaved... but to say there is no rapture... that's just wrong.
@@jhenningkelloggia, When our Lord comes again, it will not be to begin a reign of a thousand years here upon the earth. Of course, we have in (REVELATION THE 20TH CHAPTER) The symbolic expression of the reign of certain ones with our Lord. And this has been the basis of much false teaching that is known generally as “THE PREMILLENNIAL THEORY…” That the Lord will come back to the earth, set up an earthly kingdom, reign for a literal thousand years here upon the earth before the end that we’re studying about today; but this is completely false, and it contradicts many plain statements of Scripture. (REVELATION 20:4 THROUGH 6) says: And l saw thrones, and they that sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and l saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the Word of God, and such as worshipped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead, and upon their hand; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years should be finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: over these, the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and they shall reign with Him a thousand years. Whatever this thousand year reign is, it is not a reign here upon the earth. Whatever it is, it is not a reign of resurrected Christians. Because, those that were seen here of John in this vision, “in the (20TH CHAPTER OF REVELATION)” They were still in the Spirit form. He saw only the souls of them who have been martyred for Christ. There is no room in this Scripture, or any other passage passage for the thousand year literal earthly reign, or, “THE PREMILLENNIAL THEORY…” which consists of these main points: that when our Lord comes and sets up this earthly kingdom “AS THEY FALSELY TEACH,” there will be a gathering of all the Jews in Palestine, that our Lord will convert them in person, “even though they rejected the Gospel,” there will be a Great War, “called the war of Armageddon.” There will be a resurrection of the righteous, the binding of Satan, a thousand year reign of Christ literally upon the earth, and the so-called “RAPTURE,” as the Lord takes the righteous away from the carnage and cruel treatment as Satan is loosed. And then, following all of these things, “there will be the resurrection of the wicked.” No, there is nothing in this passage to substantiate any of these points. But rather, this passage does not mention Christ’s second coming at all. It does not mention any reign on earth. It does not mention a bodily resurrection of the righteous, but only the souls beheaded for Christ. It does not locate Christ or the saints on earth at all. The Scriptures do not mention two literal resurrections of the dead! The Scriptures do not mention two judgments!! But only one resurrection, and one judgment!!! In (JOHN 5:28, AND 29) we read: 28 Marvel not at this; for the hour cometh, when all that are in the grave shall here His voice. 29 And come forth; they that have done good; unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of condemnation. 31 There’s only one judgment mentioned in the Bible, when our Lord shall come with His power; with all of His holy angels. 32 And gather all of the nations before Him; and then judge them, and separate them as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. There’s no Scripture that mentions a third coming of Christ which would be necessary if these things were to take place. But rather, (HEBREWS 9:28) says: At His Second Coming!

Try reading the book of Colossians, the Jewish feasts have no application to the Church, only Israel as God's People relate to us, but not the festivals or sabbaths.
Exactly right.....this one of the "Adventist" doctrines, a very small group of odd believing legalists that do not have a clear understanding between the relationship of law and grace....the same people that tell you that Jesus was resurrected on Saturday instead of Sunday when each gospel record is very clear that Jesus was resurrected on the First day of the week. That is why Christians began to worship on Sunday because it was the day of celebration for the Resurrected Christ. You will also notice that such people place little emphasis upon the atonement of Christ which is essential for our salvation.
*"God shut Noah in, he took Lot out."* God did not take either one of them to heaven. Neither of them "went" anywhere. We aren't going to "go" anywhere, either. ✴ _The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind._ (Psalms 115: 16, BSB)
@IsaacNussbaum the point is he omitted them from judgment. The angel told Lot that he could not destroy Sodom until he was removed. Believe what you want.will find out soon enough.
@@duanehamdorf2228 "the point is he omitted them from judgment."* I don't disagree with that. I just don't see how that relates to the notion of our being taken up to heaven when the Bible nowhere promises us heaven.
I have been waiting a long time for someone who agrees with me. Thank you very much, Gary. I don't know how Bible "experts" can be so easily fooled by the so called rapture. Most people who hold dispensational beliefs assume they are based in the Bible and have ancient roots. But dispensationalism has been around less than 200 years. The father of dispensationalism is John Nelson Darby (born 1800) an Irish Protestant Lawyer who left his successful practice to become an Anglican Priest. In 1827 Darby left the Anglican Priesthood and by 1831 was among the leaders of the Plymouth Brethren, a non-denominational movement which denounced mainline Christianity. He began to teach that the true Church would need to be secretly removed from the earth in order to make way for the completion of God's dealings with the Jews. He named this secret removal of the Church the "Rapture". This belief was something completely new in Christianity. No previous Christian either Catholic or Protestant had ever proposed or taught such a thing. If this is a secret return of the Lord, why is there so much noise going on (loud voices, shouting, trumpet sounds) ? 1 Thess. 4 : 16 . one of the verses to support the Rapture - makes it crystal clear that this event will happen at the Second Coming. Because Paul tells us in 1 Corr. 15, 22-24 "For just as all people die by means of their union, in the same way ALL will be raised to life because of their union with Christ. But each one will be raised in order Christ, first of all . Then at the time of his Second Coming, those who belong to him, then all those who face condemnation. Then the end will come.. If you need more proof there is no rapture then read this............. The resurrection of ALL the dead of BOTH the JUST and the UNJUST will proceed the Last Judgement (Acts 24: 15) Because the word "Purgatory" is not in the Bible, Protestants refuse to believe in it. Then why do they believe the word "Rapture" is true, even though it does not appear in any Bible ? Double standards ?
Indeed, to blur the truth is one of Satan's tricks of deception. So, we need to pray and read on every word that comes out of the mouth of our God. Satan is very good at causing men, thought to be intelligent, to be misleading. If intellect was the act for salvation mankind would be cast away forevermore. Thankfully, it is by faith alone, we are afforded salvation, lest any man should boast. So we need to pick up the good book and read for ourselves the plan of salvation. No one, even so called biblical scholars, take the place of the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit that will accurately speak to your heart, where only you and God, know for sure that you through repentance and faith will be granted salvation. He will tell you that you are a sinner. Jesus was crucified to cover our sins. Belief that the sacrificial shedding blood of Christ is the only way to be saved and spared the eternal torment of hell. To underscore this more clearly, Jesus spoke of Hell more times in the New Testament than He ever spoke of Heaven. I pray all men will seek out the truth on their own. In the day of judgment we will all stand before God as individuals to account for not believing. Stating to God that some preacher man deceived you will not excuse nonbelievers from the wrath to come. Did Jesus intend to scare us? Yes. Why? Because He does not want one single person to go to Hell described as a permanent state of torment. Hell was not intended for man but for Satan and his demons. Of course God and His Son love you. But you who are parents, have you not chastised your own children? Have you not scared them to avoid danger? Have you not lovingly had to punish your children so they would not be harmed? I hope you have. The love of a parent is exactly why we warn our own children..so they will stay safe from harm. Any less than this is failing your children. They then may even lose their lives if they are not trained to obey your words of warning. That is, in part, what Jesus does with us. However He is more concerned with your spiritual wellbeing lest you never obey Him. You will fall prey to all of Satan's ways and never see or experience eternal life in Heaven. Please hear these words. Don't be more scared of one who can kill your body but have fear of the One who can kill not just your body but also your soul. This is the Gospel. Accept His sacrifice just by believing so you will live in paradise for all of time and eternity. These ARE the Words of the Lord!
Aren’t you forgetting that at the end of one of Matthew that after Jesus died that many graves were opened and the dead would walk out of their tombs? Please read: Matthew 27:52 - This verse describes some of the events that occurred upon death of Jesus, particularly the report that tombs broke open and the saints inside were resurrected.
This is a great point. There is clearly more than one resurrection taught in the Word of God. Dead saints and living Christians will be caught up into the air to meet the Lord as clearly declare by the Apostle Paul-I will take Paul's teaching on this rather than this man-and we are told in Revelation 20 that "the rest of the dead are not raised until the 1000 years has ended....." the phrase "the rest of the dead" clearly indicates that not all will be raised from the dead at the same time. As for me, I find comfort in properly dividing the Word of God, not doing as this man does, proof texting, that is using verses that do not give the whole picture but of a particular time to fill his prejudiced thinking about what God can or cannot do or what God will or will not do. He doesn't have that authority.
When Jesus ascended up to heaven in a cloud, only those who loved Him saw Him leave, and at the rapture of the church, only those who love Him leave with Him! We are His Bride, and Jesus is our Bridegroom! Acts 1:9-11 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Zechariah and John and Paul all described His Second Coming as an event that all see…John in Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen Zechariah 12:8-11 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them. 9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. 10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. 11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon. Revelation 19:11-16 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords. Zechariah 14:2-4 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. 4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
Absurd, "the dead in Christ will be raised and we shall be raised, too" It says nothing about our love and obedience having to be perfect for you cannot attain such. Only in Jesus Christ do we have righteousness.

I honestly do not know what you believe is absurd. Frankly, I have no qualms in discussing what I believe through faith and study. However, I do not kindly take your criticism when I obviously wasn't addressing you. Clarify, please, leaving the arrogance out of it. It is difficult to discuss when your intent is meant to abase rather than said with loving kindness. If you cannot maintain a level of respect then there is no point to having a biblical discussion with one who seeks to divide not build up. Respectfully, Summer.
The problem I see with John 5:28 - 29. It debunks every near death experience where people go somewhere when they die. Most Christians I know believe when you die, your spirit will go somewhere right then, it doesn't lay in the grave until the end of time.
My mother had an NDE. I've heard the accounts of several as well. I have no idea what that experience is like. No two are identical, though striking similarities are noted. If true, the one common theme is a choice to stay with the Lord or go back to the body, or one is told they must return. No one ever wants to come back bc the very striking experience is a feeling of overwhelming love and peace never experienced prior to the NDE. Unbelievers who experienced an NDE who were shown hell and felt the horror of it usually are told to return. Many were atheists but accepted Christ upon their return to their body. Whether or not this actually happens isn't for me to judge. The accounts are deeply believed and felt by those who have had one. I can only believe Apostle Paul. He gave an assurance that absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Regardless, however, pre or mid, we need to speak and disagree in the spirit of love. Unbelievers will never want the promise of hope we have if our biblical discourse is not done with genuine love. That single act will make or break our testimony.
The righteous wait in paradise for the last judgement, remember when our Lord told the thief on the cross, "today you will be with me in paradise ". God bless.
Okay and what is the point? The body and gthe spirit is joined back together upon the Rapture or the first resurrection of the dead. @@marymcmullen5644
i still believe God spelled out His plan and from what i’m reading and seeing in His word and scriptures is not the same as this man. BUT… i would Never tell him to either believe or not in the rapture because it is more important to share the real Gospel of Jesus. just share the Truth of Jesus of Nazareth, The Christ. There are those of us who do believe in The rapture, which means being “caught up” harpazo etc etc. everyone needs to just share the Gospel of Jesus Christ instead of causing division within the church of believers over the rapture. We believe in Jesus of Nazareth, The Christ period.
I could not have said it better. Amen! Let's feed the sheep and start harvesting. There are few workers but much but much to harvest. That is what Christianity is all about. Loving God with all of our might and tending to His flock takes a priority over these debates. Ultimately whether pre, mid or post trib. hell is a real place spoken much more by Jesus than Heaven. Isn't Heaven the destination every Christian wants to go? Yes! No one wants to go to hell. That is why arguing about biblical interpretations are dangerous. In doing this how many people will have eternal life? Let's focus on salvation by grace first, foremost, and always. The other stuff for theologians and the academic world. Human to human, my 1st concern will always be bringing people to the Lord.
One should understand that men, such as this man, represent a group of people that are selective in how they handle the Word of God instead of consulting all of God's Word. The Apostle Paul is very clear on the doctrine of the coming of Christ and the snatching away of the Church before God begins his work of judgment on the earth for man's wickedness and rejection of the truth. You will seldom find these people consulting the whole council of God on such matters and they stay away from the letters of Paul...they are too difficult for them to understand. "And the dead in Christ shall be raised and we who are alive and remain shall be caught up into the air to forever be with the Lord.....so what is it about "being caught up in the air" he doesn't understand? He is obviously arguing about something for which he refuses to accept....Isn't he part of the group that keeps telling us that we are sinning because we worship on Sunday instead of Saturday? Isn't he a part of the group that proves they have no understanding between law and grace?
@@SummerSong.17 If you love God, you will not love lies and you will endure and overcome in order to receive the crown of life and not seek "peace and security".
Yes there is no secret rapture of the church and the great tribulation is the tribulation of the church. We are told in scripture "after the tribulation of those days" the sun and the moon go dark. We are told at that point to lift up our eyes for our redemption draws nigh. Then sometime after the sun and moon go dark, "no man knows the hour or the day", the shout of the arc angel and the last trumpet announce Christ's coming and he comes in great power and glory. All the secret pre trib rapture stuff I was taught growing up is nowhere in scripture. The problem is that the pre trib people confuse the tribulation of the church with the wrath of God expressed against all evil and evil man. They are two different things.
The time of Jacob´s Trouble is indeed for "the saints" of God, in order to prove to them who they really are and what their faith is really made of. You´re right - Wrath comes last. People would know if they would read their Bibles.
Thank you, brother Gary. Essential matters presented here regarding this doctrine. May they abide by the word of God and get out this deception them that are uninformed & need awakening.
@hbrcb365 Let's look at the deception... He cherry picked his verses very well, and left out the ones that contradict his own point of view.... He is the one who shouldn't teach on the word "Rapture" because the word "Trinity" is not in the Bible either, so using the same logic, he must negate the Father, Son and Holy Spirit!!! Because the word "Trinity" is not in there! Well the description of the Rapture is in there, and in more than 1 place. It doesn't matter what you call it. Call it the "Three Little Pigs" it doesn't do away with the fact it is very well described in the Bible. Should we say the Bible is a complete lie, because the word "Bible" isn't in the Bible either???! It's incredible the level of imbecility he resorts to. He says there's only one resurrection, another lie the poor post-Triibbers argue. Well if that's the case, Jesus has to be still waiting to be resurrected. He stays clear of Revelation, because there his lies would be totally exposed, because Revelation, also written by John, talks about there being MORE THAN ONE resurrection. Also there are NO LIVING resurrected in John 5, isn't that strange? They're all dead! So this event doesn't agree at all with the description of the "Being caught up together with the resurrected dead, to meet him in the air", now does it? The Rapture (or whatever you would like to call it) includes the living AND the dead. And they are caught up to be with Jesus in the air. There's no mention of the evil being resurrected along with them at all there. Zilch, nada. Could go on and on exposing his doctrinal lies - because omissions are lies. But is it worth it, or a waste of time to spend on a false teacher? He just isn't too smart and doesn't know the Bible very well. You can't cherry pick verses and call yourself honest. Therefore he is the "deception".
The word rapture may not be in the Bible, but it is referred to as the catching away. The bride of Christ is not subject to the wrath that is in the Tribulation. Tribulation is when God turns his attention to Israel and the non-believers in Christ. The Bride of Christ is the church or the true believers.
Thank you for teaching the truth concerning the Rapture. You are highly educated concerning the scriptures, and everyone needs to be taught the truth. When Christ comes back, we will all meet him in the sky, and be taken (Christians), to heaven. The spiritually dead to eternal damnation.
*"...and be taken (Christians), to heaven."* That is what a great many preachers say, Thomas. The text, however, stops with the risen saints meeting Jesus in the clouds of Earth"s atmosphere. Strangely missing from that passage is any mention of going to heaven. ✴ _“...the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”_ (1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17; KJV)
If there is a resurrection of both the saved and wicked at the same time, then how do you explain the resurrection that comes after the millennium? Can anyone drop a comment about that?
He can't because he has a prejudiced one track mind in which he thinks he knows the will of God, absent the clear teachings of the Apostle Paul about the snatching away of the Church and our deliverance from the Great Tribulation because he has not appointed us to wrath (1 Thessalonians 1:10). Jesus raised a girl from the dead, a young boy from the dead and Lazarus from the dead, so who are you oh man to tell God that he can't raise some from the dead at the time of the "snatching away" of the Church out of the world and the rest of the dead being raised after the thousand years spoken of in Revelation 20. God will bring about His work of finalizing His dealings with the Church and the wicked in His own way and time regardless what you may think and it will begin with the rapture of the Church "the Latin word for 'snatching away'".
@@davidcooper1201 We are not appointed to Wrath, which comes at the time of the mark of the beast. Before that, Christians who do not take it will be slaughtered for their testimony of Jesus Christ. Nothing new under the sun. Read the Bible, read the Revelation.
These will be those who have become Christians during the Great Tribulation, not those of us who are alive at the snatching away of the Church.@@godisreality7014
If a believer is going to get a new, glorified spirit body like JESUS as the scriptures say we will, then arguing about when is a secondary issue and doesn't affect salvation and helps Satan. I actually believe it is pretrib because so many of the denominations are against it and Satan uses it as a wedge. But I will not get angry if someone else doesn't agree. Let's fight and pray and work to destroy what the devil is doing to destroy men's souls.
What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine? Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." (The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197.) Tim LaHaye was co-author of the “Left Behind” books and movies which have convinced millions of modern Christians that the Church age ends seven years before the Second Coming of Christ. Recently, Pastor Matt Furse of Mountain View Baptist Church in Custer, S.D. has written a book titled “Which One Is Right?’, which reveals the recent history of the pretrib rapture doctrine, and the fact it does not agree with what is written in the King James Bible. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected. The Greek words for “wrath” and “tribulation” are not the same word, as proven by the verse below. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Gotta stop at [2:31]. The "hour" represents a brief span of time during which John 5:28-29 is speaking of the first and second resurrections occuring. The first resurrection is involved in the gathering of the saints at the second coming of Christ. The second resurrection occurs when the rest of the dead live again at the end of the thousand years. This by no means negates the "rapture" in the sense of its meaning as the gathering into the air and translation of the saints at Christ's return.
He says he will keep you from the hour. He doesn't say get you through it or get you after. I understand he will get you after when those with the mark will be damned and those that don't will go to heaven with him. How do so many intelligent people get different opinions than others. How is it not in the Bible? It says that from the sound of a trumpet, he will call the dead in him to rise, and the remaining will also be called up. What does that mean, then? Plus, what about two in a field? One will be taken, and one will not, etc. What does that mean? If he comes to get people all at once, then what is up with taking one of the two? I believe in a pre rapture cause of what I read and understand. What does all that mean, then? Why are you right but not anyone else???🤔
Luke 17:36-37 , here the disciples ask the Lord , where are those that are being taken going to, and the Lord says "wherever the corpses are, there the vultures will gather", so this is not prophesying the rapture.
@americaone7388 I know and understand that part, i think, lmbo. But as a believer, I agree with some that the Bible can sound at times contradictive, and I can actually go and look up somewhere and tell you something that says the opposite of another thing in a different chapter. Now I will say I agree the dead are asleep like he told those when he saved the dying girl and that she wasn't dead but just asleep and he said Lazarus has died and now I must go and wake him. I'm the one who tells people who believe in ghosts and think it's their dead loved ones talking to them. That it's not them cause the Bible says the dead have nothing to say to the living. So anyone who says they can talk to the dead are liars. But what about reincarnation? You have 4 year olds tell stories about dying and then take their parents to another country across the world and can remember things that only that person who died could only know. One little kid told his mom he loved her and his first mommy. How do we explain that? How can one person have multiple souls? Which life in heaven or hell do you choose if that can possibly be some truth to it. Then the near death experiences and they die, and they dont see dirt but heaven and / or hell? How do we explain that as well? These stories come from folks all over the world and are they're different ages and are male or female yet theu have very, very similar experiences. Now, here is where it can throw many, many people off. When he was on the cross and the thief asked Jesus to remember him, and Jesus told him today, I tell you you will be with me in heaven or something like that and it sounds like he meant it as he said it. Today you will be with me. Not next week or judgmentday, but today. Didn't Jesus die between 12 and 3? I'm not gonna act like I do know it word for word cause i do not at all, but since you seem to actually know some bibles verses and scriptures, then you should surely know what I'm talking about. If you don't, then tell me, and I will go and get them so you do. I doubt I will, but you never know. I know some scriptures, too, but I don't know them all as well as I should. We all should know every bit of that book, but being there are books and chapters missing in the book. How can we, but when they take chapters out of KJV and go from Mark, chapter 5 verse 17, and it jumps from 17 to 22. Where are all the missing verses? Just like the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Book of Enoch were never put in there either. It says if anyone adds or takes away from his word, it will be punished. Like I said, it's not word for word, but if you know, you know. If you don't, I'll get them so I can tell you where to go. I use to tell people that believed in God but kinda just started not to read the old Testament and just go right to the new Testament cause God seems to be two different people in the two and I much rather deal with him in human form as Jesus cause then he understood better I'm sure on how it feels and how we feel. It's just like he did when he wept over Lazarus dying. The God in the Old Testament flooded the earth not too far into the Bible and also destroyed Sodom and Gamorah and wasn't playing around. He seemed very rathful and jealous. I get it now that I'm older, but I would rather deal with the one from the new Testament. There is so much we don't know and understand. Just a whisper of his knowledge would blow off our heads. He is that powerful. So I'm scared but not scared. Here is why I'm scared. I'm not a perfect Christian, and I still sin from time to time. When he said he'd rather you be completely bad or good than lukewarm, I about lost it. So in this day and time it's so hard to do everything right. We all fall short of the glory of God. Even if we believe and love Jesus with all our hearts, it's hard to tell the truth depending on what it is. Sometimes, that white lie to us that is the same as a huge lie to him can't be avoided, or at least I feel that way and don't know why. Yes, I do cause I don't want to hurt somebody's feelings, but I know he would rather you tell the truth, and that will hurt that person too. But I believe God definitely understands us so much better because of the son. Beforehand, he just seemed wild, and it is hard to understand the first Testament until he opens your eyes so you do, and even then, he sounds scary. Scaring some people works for them. I love him cause he loved me and gave his life for me and you. So I flip-flop, and I watch movies more than read the Bible. But it's based, of course, from it. I remember thinking in Revelation that I was gonna actually see a red dragon come out the dern sea with 7 heads or 10. I can't remember at this moment exactly how many there were cause im multitasking and not doing a great job at it either, lol. But once I prayed and asked him to let me read what he wants me to and let me hear what he wants me to and help me understand the Bible. The book went from looking like Chinese handwriting to clear as a bell English. You know how some randomly flip pages and say, "Please talk to me and tell me something. Tell me what I should do. I think a lot of Christians do that. Well, the other day, I said, "Please talk to me, God, and I did the page flipping thing." I kid you not when I did the chapter or title said."I can't talk at the moment or right now. Do I know what scripture? No, I can't remember, but I did laugh my but off over that answer and told my friends about it. It blew my mind because it was so direct and almost like he literally was talking to me and said what he wanted, and that was that. I comment a lot on youtube so to be honest I wrote this because I saw what you had written but I have no clue whatsoever what the video is about and why you said that to me cause my phone is acting up and so I just started typing away. As far as I know, I sound crazy cause I don't even know if any of what I said is what you asked me about or anything you told me. I just started getting it. But I'm done for now. I hope someone gets something out of the whole thing I had written cause I can't remember what actually made me say all this. Do you know snd without looking where the original Bible came from? All I know is the word became a living, breathing human of perfection. Jesus is the truth. The life and the way. Only through him will we be with the father. He is also a walking book. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. It's too deep for my understanding, and I know no matter what, I will never know a grain of salt of the understanding of how God works and all he knows unless he wants me to. Jesus is the law of Moses. He doesn't have to explain everything, so we get what he is saying. That's why he talked in parables, and they're like riddles to some and at one point to me too. When one of the apostles asked him when John was gonna die. He said, "What is it to you to know that. Basically, it's none of your business what decisions I make and with whom I do it with. That's how I had taken that, and it was the only apostles to die of natural causes. God bless you, and sorry I'm all over the place. I've been trying to do other things, and it's been hard cause I keep forgetting stuff and lose my place of where and what I was talking about. All glory be to God. Amen in Jesus' name.😇❤️🙌
You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. You can hand an undiscerning person a Bible but that doesn't mean that one will properly divide the Word of Truth which this man obviously does not.
Read Matthew 24 carefully. Messiah said Christians would be put in jail and given over to the flame and the sword many days. The slaughter of Christians, the Children of Jacob-Israel, has been ongoing and will reach a climax soon. Have you not read of the fates of all of the Disciples of Jesus Christ? The servant is not greater than his master.

Well one thing for sure too is Yashuah also said we should learn what the Parrable of The Fig tree meant. It is to give a timetable in later days of the snatching away to the marriage supper prior to the Tribulation. 1948 was the beginning of Isreal. A generation is 80 to 120 years.
I suspect that you and I were taught similar things, Blustone. Here is the problem. Modern Israel has no connection with ancient Israel. The inhabitants are neither Israelites nor descended from Israelites. God divorced ancient Israel (Jeremiah 3: 8). and thereafter it disappeared from the pages of time. It became known as the ten lost tribes of Israel. Today the church is "Abraham's seed" (Galatians 3: 2). ✴ _"If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."_ (Galatians 3: 2; NIV)

Why did you leave out the rest of 1 Thessalonians 4 : 16 which clearly states that "We who are still alive will be caught up (raptured) with them ". Why, because you are teaching nonsense. Elijah was raptured. In Revelations 20 it states that the rest of the dead will not be raised till the thousand years are up. These are the good or wicked which will be judged . The rapture is very real it's only the timing that is disputed. Stop teaching nonsense.
To Gary McDade ... I live in Dallas, TX and here is MY rapture teaching. After 3-1/2 years as janitor in a Suth'in' Bab-dizz church immediately followed by 3-1/2 years as janitor for Trinity Broadcasting in nearby Irving, TX when Paul & Jan Crouch were living here, I can say with FULL Biblical authority that there is certainly no MID-tribulation rapture!!!!!!!
I did not find humor in watching it, rather confirmation of Scripture telling us of false teachers who mislead people in the last days. This is just one more sign of prophecy that Christians need to always read the truth so that the elect, if possible, will not be deceived. How can we lead others to accept Christ if we, ourselves, are not grounded in the truth? Remember that Christ called the Pharisees a den of vipers bc they became barriers between His people and Himself. God hates false teachers and their day of reckoning is at hand. I agree with you but take no pleasure in seeing deception and division sewn in the fellowship of believers and a stumbling block to those who are wanting to come to Christ.
The tribulation is Satan's last hoorah to win people to His side. God is letting him do that. That is not God's wrath. Sun moon, stars etc is God's time.
people take a very very vague couple of passages and turn that into "we'll all be teleported off the earth". I don't know how they mange the mental gymnastics to get from point a to z but it's based on literally one word and I think it's not meant to be taken quite so literally. Revelation is a dream anyway. A vision. Nothing in previous dreams/visions interpreted in the Bible were taken literally they were all symbolic.
irispakola2195, The peculiar thing that I have noticed is this-you like to call such matters of illegitimacy as ‘opinion’ Whose opinion, Yours? Or Hal Lindsey’s? For 1800 years, no one questioned the scripture’s legitimacy as it was written. And for your information, the Gentiles existed even during the times of Christ Himself-it’s not as if their were no Gentiles until Darby came along. The early church was taught by Paul, and yet, none of those Gentiles from this day understood Paul’s words, and it was not until Darby when Paul was finally understood? THE IDEA IS AN ABSURD ONE! Jesus did not say it; neither did Simon Peter, nor John the Divine, nor the Apostle Paul. Not a single word devoted to that ‘secret rapture’-not under any name or guise. And this is not merely a matter of opinion-it’s a matter of Scriptural Authenticity. If not for the Scofield Bible, you and I would not be having this disagreement. That’s an indisputable fact! The entire rapture concept was manufactured out of seemingly thin air. And of course, you will not discuss Margaret MacDonald, the woman who had the ‘narcoticized dream and the accompanying divination’ about the rapture which was picked up by a few ministers, until eventually Darby came along and borrowed it. If you are right, it means this, also: “Simon Peter, John the Divine, the Apostle Paul, and even Christ Himself were terrible teachers.” You see, for your opinion to be true, they all must have failed in their ministry-at least all failed until the mid-19th century, when a woman had a vision after battling an illness. To be perfectly frank, Paul warned us about the dangers inherent in ‘divination’- in clairvoyance. (ACTS 16:16) John was the last of the Apostles, not Margaret, Darby, or Scofield. Have any of you concidered for a moment that MacDonald may have been influenced by a demon? If one is to take her word as prophecy, then isn’t the idea incorrect that there would be no more Apostles after John? Isn’t the only way the MacDonald’s ‘dreams’ can be concidered valid is if she were an Apostle herself? You believe that for 1800 years, the truth was hidden away while waiting upon some future ‘apostle’ to arrive upon the scene and set folks straight. You see, these beliefs are not those of Paul as your claim denotes-they are a manifestation of Darby’s interpretation of Paul’. So why did Paul’s ministry fail in the beginning-because you cannot deem his ministry successful if his own followers did not understand his teachings of the ‘secret rapture’. That premise renders all of John’s, Peter’s, Paul’s, and even Jesus’s ministries as failures, because no one was able to understand their TRUE teachings until 1840. DOES THIS NOT SOUND WHOLLY ABSURD TO YOU? You are adamant; but you likewise have not spent much time researching the topic. So let me clarify: Paul, who never mentioned a ‘secret rapture’, somehow implied in his ministry that there would be a secret rapture-except no one who continued Paul’s ministry after his death ‘understood Paul’s rapture ministry’. Yet, MacDonald comes along in the early 19th century, had a dream which inspires a half dozen ministers, and poof-along comes Darby, and an entirely new meaning ‘for those earlier teachings of Paul’; those teachings that no one else seemed to understand. CAN YOU NOT SEE THE CONVOLUTED NATURE OF THIS ARGUEMENT? Each verse which espouses this new theology is always taken out of context-and poof, like magic, we have an entirely new gospel. But sadly, folks will not come to know this until the second coming of Christ arrives, and they are left to wonder where it all went wrong, and why they must suffer eternal punishment Jesus mentioned was the second death that was to come on them that know not God that he described to an entire church that would be raptured away? Why would Jesus warn His church about the second death if they were not going to fall away? Something so important as this, and yet, the Apostles were vague about it? THE CONCEPT IS ABSURD!
@@walterlahaye2128 You have no idea what you are talking about- has nothing to do with Darby or Hal Lindsey. That is just total ignorance... read about the early church fathers like Ireanues who believed in a pre trib Rapture
Don't pay this guy or the people agreeing with him any mind. Satan HATES the pre trib Rapture and will use anyone to try and discourage people and discredit this very sound Biblical Truth. If you read between the lines in most of these comments, it's nothing but spiritual pride. These folks think they are going to go into the Tribulation as big freedom fighters for Christ earning their way to heaven. They are seriously deluded. Don't let them steal your hope. The Rapture will happen.
@goodson77784 You don't know the Bible very well. Here's a dream for you. Did Joseph just get up, drink a glass of water and say to himself, "dreams are all just figurative" and go back to bed? Matthew 2:13 And after they were departed, behold an angel of the Lord appeared in sleep to Joseph, saying: Arise, and take the child and his mother, and flee into Egypt: and be there until I shall tell thee. For it will come to pass that Herod will seek the child to destroy him.
Gary, regarding John 5:28-29, you need to read this passage in better context. Go back to verse 25, where Jesus has already said pretty much the same thing, only with the added detail stating "AND NOW IS"... Therefore, Jesus was referring to the TIME OF HIS MINISTRY ON EARTH... when upon His death, He would descend into hell (on our behalf) and declare His Gospel to those in captivity... setting those who hear His voice free. This is NOT a reference to either the rapture OR His second coming. It is a reference to His victory over death on the cross.
False teachings, as from this man, often come out of taking things out of context and not considering the whole Word of God....as the Bible itself is the best commentary and expositor of the truth. Anyone can proof text, but systematically and properly dividing the Word of Truth takes deep study and prayer.
You are right on that. Jesus raises Just and Unjust on the Last Day Last Trumpet Last and Final Judgment. John 6:40 & 12:48, 2 Peter 3:10-13. Following Final Judgment is Heaven Dimension forever or Lake of Fire Dimension of Torment for the Unjust with Satan and the fallen evil angels.
The Jews will meet Jesus Christ personally to reveal himself so they behold the wounds the Fathers inflicted on him in Zechariah chapter 12 :10 ' look upon him whom they pierced '
So ????? Everyone just lays there in the ground then god comes back after centeries and then those that periced him centuries ago will recognize him then be judged?????????? Makes absolutely no sense
The rapture or harpazo is biblical . The Lord is coming , He will appear a second time to those who are waiting for Him ( Heb 9:29). At the voice of the archangel Lord Jesus will descend from heaven and the dead in Christ shall rise, we all together we will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air ( 1Thess 4:16,17). Maranatha Christ Jesus is coming soon! Maranatha Christ Jesus is coming soon! Maranatha Christ Jesus is coming soon! Are you ready people of God, to go to meet the Lord in the air? Blessings
The word Rapture is NOT in the Bible. We are to be "gathered together". And this is not pre-tribulation, nor mid-tribulation. In Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 Jesus taught his disciples the Truth of his return.
Yes, it is pre-tribe because the church will be raptured before the great tribulation as God "delivers us from the coming wrath" (1 Thessalonians 1:10).
My brother, you are skipping over the mystery (Romans 16:25). The mystery was kept secret since the world began and no one knew about it in the gospel of John. The church, the body of Christ, will be caught up(raptured) prior to the revealing of the son of perdition(anti Christ). Those who are dead in Christ will go first and those who remain next. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 (KJV) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

If you love everyone as yourself, why would you want to leave people behind to suffer, why would you have peace with leaving people you love as yourself, behind to perish, and suffer. Christianity is not a selfish love, Jesus died once for ALL , Luke 17:20-27, seems to say, that the revealing of Christ will be in us, it won't be, viewed with our physical eyes but rather an inner transformation or revealing, always read in KJV. Stop being self righteous, and concerned with saving yourself , enter the heart of Jesus, and love everyone as yourself, JESUS IS THE LIFE, so anyone who has LIFE, has Jesus living inside, without Jesus there is no life, therefore every time you help and love any human being, you are loving and serving Jesus do you really think Jesus died for goid people, (What a waste that would be) he died to release the captives, which we are all in need because no one but Jesus is perfect. So do not send anyone to hell for eternity in your heart that is wicked in itself.
Luke 17:36-37 the disciples ask our Lord, where are the ones being taken going, and our Lord says, "wherever the corpses are, there the vultures will gather ", this is not the rapture. God bless

The scriptures you quoted are after the great tribulation period and the reign of Jesus. In relation to the coming great tribulation period, both Jesus and Paul said we won't go through it. But you love arguing with Jesus and Paul who was inspired by God.
If the rapture came from Darby, which it did, then people really should be leery about adopting it. Unless they are also on board with praying in tongues and every other thing charismatics do
This is a false logical deduction. Many men have developed systematic understanding of Biblical teachings, so he is trying to create doubt of its truth by association. We don't reject salvation by faith in Christ and he alone for our salvation and Scripture only as the source of Christian authority because Martin Luther rediscovered what Catholicism had stolen and hidden from those seeking the truth. You should consider rejecting this man's teaching because it is taught by him and not an Apostle of the New Testament....this would be the same kind of foolish thinking.

Where's the rapture for those Christians in the middle east and north Africa, being beheaded, raped, burned alive, persecuted, what makes other Christians better than these?
It has nothing to do with being better, it's about timing. When God says time is up, if your washed in the Blood & living in holiness with a Personal Relationship with Christ, you will be taken. Only one Generation will live to experience the Rapture. Watchman in Costa Rica

@laraegonzalesingoditrust, Christ will NOT resurrect “manmade doctrines.” He’s coming back to resurrect only the New Testament church where A Cappella singing to God is worshipped. (EPHESIANS 5:19; COLOSSIANS 3:16)
Thank you Pastor. I was never taught the rapture growing up in the Dutch/American Christian Reformed Church. I first heard about this as a teenager and my aunt started talking about it. I was in Catechism class with my pastor and others preparing to make Profession of Faith. I asked him about this and he explained what you just did. He even preached a sermon about it. I think he did that because my Aunt was a member of our church and the Pastor wanted to nip that in the bud.
What did Jesus mean in the preceding verse John 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. What is the LORD saying here?
Well, this man is wrong and so was your pastor. If you read more closely the Word of God and stop listening to the word of men you will discover that the snatching away of the church out of the world before the Great Tribulation, a time of God's judgment on this wicked world, is very clearly taught by the Apostle Paul in his epistle to the Thessalonians and the Corinthians. You should be careful to rightly divide the Word of God and not take men who are critical of a teaching of many learned men of the Word that love the Lord and faithfully preach the gospel.
@@davidcooper1201 , What denomination was the great apostle Paul a member of? He was not a member of any denomination “he was a child of God in the church of Christ.” No denomination existed, till hundreds of years later. You can’t be a child of God any other way!
Also Ezekiel 13 verse 20 talks about that god hates it when Satan teaches people to fly. Thank you Pastor not very many pastors talked about how the rapture is a false teaching
@paulineinman So you are saying 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 is a lie? 16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. 17After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
@paulineinman It is good to look at what Ezekiel 13:20 actually says, because what you say it says is simply not there. Starting with verse 19 you can see the context, which is always necessary to look at, to avoid cherry picking and twisting and misapplying verses. In other words let's keep it honest. Ezekiel 13 19You have profaned me among my people for a few handfuls of barley and scraps of bread. By lying to my people, who listen to lies, you have killed those who should not have died and have spared those who should not live. 20“ ‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against your magic charms with which you ensnare people like birds and I will tear them from your arms; I will set free the people that you ensnare like birds. 21I will tear off your veils and save my people from your hands, and they will no longer fall prey to your power. Then you will know that I am the Lord. 22Because you disheartened the righteous with your lies, when I had brought them no grief, and because you encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways and so save their lives, 23therefore you will no longer see false visions or practice divination. I will save my people from your hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ” .................. There is absolutely NOTHING there about "God hates it when Satan teaches people to fly". Instead it is talking about women who were using magic charms to place spells on people that trapped their souls like birds. And God is saying He is going to loose the people who have been ensnared like birds. And these women will no longer be able to use their sorcery "divination" against His people. There's absolutely nothing there about the Rapture, nada, zilch. Nothing at all. It's very strange, the extremes you go to, to try to negate the Rapture. The question is, why? Most people in their right mind would welcome a Rapture. If you ever read the Book of Revelation you would know why. And you would also know post-Trib is false doctrine. The Rapture is for the only generation who will escape the evil that is coming in the Tribulation. You should find it encouraging, not rail against it and try to slander it. The Bible calls it an "escape". Read and study the Bible for yourself. Don't just be an obstinate false doctrine parrot.

The rapture is Gods people who believe in the Messiah the saviour that are taken to the wedding feast of the lamb. The Pharisees Jews that dont believe in the messiah will set up a 3rd temple and have daily sacrifices again and will be tricked into thinking the Antichrist is the Messiah as he will call down fire from heaven... those who do not belong to Yeshua/ Christ and take the mark on of the beast in their right hand to buy or sell will have to go through the tribulation. Otherwise there is no point not serving God now if we are not taken to the wedding feast if everyone has to go through the tribulation...God says there will be a new heaven and new Earth the former heaven and former earth had passed away. Rev21 it says in revelation20:4the ones who dont take the mark will rule with christ for a thousand years before satan is let loose for the final time.
This is crazy i just saw a video of a pack of bears and just made a comment that it looked like the end of the world that all will stand before God and answer to him. Then it will be him our lord who says will live and suffer. You just said dead and alive good and evil cause we think by going to church and doing good deeds are giving will buy your way into heaven. So we think its okay to sin and keep going back to church is okay. But like i said all will have to stand before our lord for he created every thing humanity and animals good and bad saved and not. But don't think our fait is sealed no we still got to answer to him and this is why i think on the 3rd day God will allow you in our not. So get saved and do your best to live a good life for only he our god knows the hour and day we will die and then be given his true blessing for eternal life. Thats why i say when you do is it cause your trying to get Gods attion are is cause it really mean something to you and doing it out of kindness not just to say look God.
Noahs ark was a rapture for Gods peoples salvation, so a coming rapture to keep the church from the destruction of the earth to come, isnt so hard to believe
There is a sense in which you are right, roben. However it is important to note that Noah and his family rode the storm out on Earth. Thus, Noah's flood is no support for a catching away of the followers of Christ to heaven.

From the Greek, the word "generation" is rightly translated "race" and the race of the Jews will remain until these things be done, though the world has tried to destroy God's chosen people who were chosen to be the progenitors of the Messiah, Jesus.
the greek genea translates as race family generation thus cross reference with "some of you shall not taste death until the Son of Man returns" it make sense to translate genea as this generation shall not pass away as to this race shall not pass away. @@davidcooper1201

Thank you for debunking the pre tribe rapture image read Luke 17:20-27 always in KJV. KJV has 44 letters in first and last verses, so put 44 atop 44 you get 4+4=8 twice horizontally and vertically and diagonally making 3 pairs of 8's, so 8+8=16 8+8=16 8+8=16 (16) 1+6=7 1+6=7 1+6=7 So we now see 777, now the first and last words of first verse together total 7 letters same with last verse, so now we have 77777, which happens to be the number of times those four words appear in KJ, also first verse begins with a vowel and contains 17 vowels and 27 consonants last verse begins with a consonant and contains 27 consonants and 17 vowels ONLY GOD could have coordinated books written thousands of years apart by different authors, which proves one author behind all these authors, the mathematical impossibilities are numerous perhaps infinite in KJ, KJB was the first mass produced English translation in London England, English is now the international language, KJB came in 1611 in old English, is the most sold most printed translation, read in the 5th book of the old testament 16:11 . NOW back to 27 consonants, first and last, the new testament, the good news has 27 books, the Holy Bible has 66 books, 6+6=12, 12 tribes, 12 apostles, so please seek in KJV, certain details in KJV are missing in other translations like (:) in front of verse 12 of 2 thes 2, which is what leads to part of the misunderstanding of all 2 thes 2
He didn't debunk it, he besmirched it. You should read the epistle of Paul to the Thessalonians and the Corinthians in which the Apostle Paul clearly teaches the rapture of the Church. He also said to be careful that you are not deceived by those who will preach a false gospel and false doctrines. People, like the man in this video are very adapt at deception.
Therefore he is false.
*"And they are caught up to be with Jesus in the air."* Yes! In the air. In Earth's atmosphere. It is worth noting that there is no mention of "going" to heaven in that passage (or any other).
@@IsaacNussbaum You don't have to believe in the Rapture to be saved. Hopefully you have repented of your sins and asked Jesus for forgiveness and are saved. So why do pre-Tribbers bother you so much? If you don't want to go to heaven in the pre-Trib Rapture, I am quite positive Jesus isn't going to force you. He is very gentle. You can stay here on earth and either fall away or be beheaded. If you are assuming you will make it through, and live, good luck with that, because more than half the population of the world is killed off during the Tribulation. The anti-Christ takes the Christian's heads off. I am not talking about the church Christians, I am talking about people who get saved during the Tribulation. The Tribulation Saints will be killed. So good luck with staying here. I have the answer to your false doctrine, but I don't share it, because of your attitude. Post-Tribbers are so full of pride and arrogance. You are quite wrong in your statement and assumptions, I assure you. But you are close minded and obstinate and not teachable. Your pride tells you that you are right and pre-Tribbers are wrong, so you remain empty handed without understanding, spouting nonsense about things you haven't studied and have no knowledge of. Your pride is your downfall.
Tell us about your "gospel" which is no gospel at all, but a corruption of the truth of God's Word. You should spend more time reading the epistles of Paul instead of centering primarily on the ethical teachings of Jesus, which has its place, but cannot be the source of our salvation. That is why Jesus came, to die for our sins and be resurrected from the dead. Aren't you part of the schism that tells us that Christians that do not keep the Sabbath are sinning against God, when the teachings of the Apostle Paul are very clear about the relationship between law and grace and he would not allow any many to judge him about Jewish festivals and feasts and Sabbaths? The word "Rapture" is the Latin translation of the Greek word for "snatch away" or "caught up" and so you are lying when you say that "rapture is foreign to the will of God" because it comes right out of the heart of God in comforting the believer about the resurrection of the dead that was clearly taught by the Apostle Paul in the books of 1 Thessalonians and 1 Corinthians. No one is teaching the "rapture" because of misfortunes of others as the doctrine has been faithfully believed and taught by the Church for centuries because it is clearly part of the will of God to comfort Christians with the promise of resurrection. Since Jesus has been raised, we too shall be raised and this will happen in a moment in the twinkling of an eye when the dead in Christ shall be raised and those of us who are a live and remain shall not be preceded by them but shall be caught up in the air to meet the Lord and forever be with Him. Now you explain to me how this is some kind of charlatan act when it comes straight from God's Word. I prefer to hear His voice and not the voice of a supposed minister 0who obviously has nothing better to do than criticize the truth.

What in the world are you saying? Your statement is direct contradiction to the teaching of God's Word. Don't you have a Bible? Read 1 Thessalonians and 1 Corinthians 15 and you will discover that the "snatching away" (Latin word is 'rapture'") comes right out of the Word of God. The only one dreaming is you. I will take the validated Word of God not your Word as my source of understanding and light as to what God has done, is doing and will do for the Church. The only one "making something up" is your misrepresentation of the Apostle Paul's teaching of the rapture.
and where will you be when we are caught up with the Lord in the air? How do you know that the second coming is not a beginning process in which Jesus takes the dead in Christ and the Church out of the world before be beginning the process of great judgment on the earth? Paul spoke of a resurrection of the dead in Christ and those who are alive and remain being caught up to meet the Lord in the air. This is not the final work of God in the Day of the Lord as it is clearly a process not just on event.

Do not get caught up in being at peace with saving yourself, and not everyone, which you are commanded to love as yourself.
@joseesmith6348
That is true, and also:
Stay away from pastors who try to sow discord about the Rapture.
The bible says “See, the day of the Lord is coming -a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger- to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.” Isaiah 13:9 NIV and “Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.”
Colossians 3:6 NIV... Quoting “and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead-Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.”
1 Thessalonians 1:10 NIV.
Agreed.

@@rightreasons7908,
Brother Gary McDade is spot on!
@@maryb.8432 HalleluJah!

@@jhenningkelloggia,
When our Lord comes again, it will not be to begin a reign of a thousand years here upon the earth.
Of course, we have in (REVELATION THE 20TH CHAPTER) The symbolic expression of the reign of certain ones with our Lord. And this has been the basis of much false teaching that is known generally as “THE PREMILLENNIAL THEORY…”
That the Lord will come back to the earth, set up an earthly kingdom, reign for a literal thousand years here upon the earth before the end that we’re studying about today; but this is completely false, and it contradicts many plain statements of Scripture.
There is no room in this Scripture, or any other passage passage for the thousand year literal earthly reign, or, “THE PREMILLENNIAL THEORY…”
which consists of these main points: that when our Lord comes and sets up this earthly kingdom “AS THEY FALSELY TEACH,” there will be a gathering of all the Jews in Palestine, that our Lord will convert them in person, “even though they rejected the Gospel,” there will be a Great War, “called the war of Armageddon.”
There will be a resurrection of the righteous, the binding of Satan, a thousand year reign of Christ literally upon the earth, and the so-called “RAPTURE,” as the Lord takes the righteous away from the carnage and cruel treatment as Satan is loosed.
And then, following all of these things, “there will be the resurrection of the wicked.”
No, there is nothing in this passage to substantiate any of these points.
In (JOHN 5:28, AND 29) we read:
28 Marvel not at this; for the hour cometh, when all that are in the grave shall here His voice.
But rather, (HEBREWS 9:28) says:
At His Second Coming!
@@jhenningkelloggia exactly. Just to see if this was a misquote, I looked at another of his videos and it said the same thing. I think he should edit it.

Try reading the book of Colossians, the Jewish feasts have no application to the Church, only Israel as God's People relate to us, but not the festivals or sabbaths.
Jack van impe taught the rapture. A man that had over 10,000 versus to memory.before judgment, God shut Noah in, he took Lot out he will take us up. 🙏
Saints are made by God not by self. This includes affliction and tribulation.
You don't know when the second coming will happen but it doesn't mean it is not going to happen.
The resurrection of ALL the dead of BOTH the JUST and the UNJUST will proceed the Last Judgement (Acts 24: 15)
Because the word "Purgatory" is not in the Bible, Protestants refuse to believe in it. Then why do they believe the word "Rapture" is true, even though it does not appear in any Bible ? Double standards ?
Thank you for your good comments and support!
We can clearly see what a mess satan has created for us that just want to follow God's word 🙏 So much confusion!
Please read:
Matthew 27:52 - This verse describes some of the events that occurred upon death of Jesus, particularly the report that tombs broke open and the saints inside were resurrected.

Revelation 19:11-16
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
Zechariah 14:2-4
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

No one ever wants to come back bc the
very striking experience is a feeling of overwhelming love and peace never experienced prior to the NDE.
God bless.
Absent from the body, present with the Lord...he doesn't say dead in the grave and the soul asleep...lol.
Upon death, your spirit returns to God.
Okay and what is the point? The body and gthe spirit is joined back together upon the Rapture or the first resurrection of the dead.

Sandi, what happens when you do not get caught up but are rather tortured for your faith in Messiah? Will you reneg?

@hbrcb365
Let's look at the deception...
Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness. Not an escape route.
Plus remember Jesus is perfect, he has no sin, he can t lie, he can't kill or murder. Read John 8:44 down , (The devil is the murderer and the liar.
"It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view."
(The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation?

It is called proof texting. People leave out what they don't want one to hear because they can't make their case if they do.

This video was so silly, stupid and funny 😂😂😂. Thank you for making me laugh. Only lost people listen to Tim lahay by the way.
The second half of the tribulation isn't for Christians, it is for the unsaved, so Christians cannot be here, as that wrath isn't meant for us.
The tribulation is Satan's last hoorah to win people to His side. God is letting him do that. That is not God's wrath. Sun moon, stars etc is God's time.
The rapture is very biblical I do not what bible you are reading
people take a very very vague couple of passages and turn that into "we'll all be teleported off the earth". I don't know how they mange the mental gymnastics to get from point a to z but it's based on literally one word and I think it's not meant to be taken quite so literally. Revelation is a dream anyway. A vision. Nothing in previous dreams/visions interpreted in the Bible were taken literally they were all symbolic.
irispakola2195,
The peculiar thing that I have noticed is this-you like to call such matters of illegitimacy as ‘opinion’ Whose opinion, Yours?
If you are right, it means this, also: “Simon Peter, John the Divine, the Apostle Paul, and even Christ Himself were terrible teachers.”
You see, for your opinion to be true, they all must have failed in their ministry-at least all failed until the mid-19th century, when a woman had a vision after battling an illness.
To be perfectly frank, Paul warned us about the dangers inherent in ‘divination’- in clairvoyance.
(ACTS 16:16)
John was the last of the Apostles, not Margaret, Darby, or Scofield.
So let me clarify:
Paul, who never mentioned a ‘secret rapture’, somehow implied in his ministry that there would be a secret rapture-except no one who continued Paul’s ministry after his death ‘understood Paul’s rapture ministry’.

You don't know the Bible very well. Here's a dream for you. Did Joseph just get up, drink a glass of water and say to himself, "dreams are all just figurative" and go back to bed?
Matthew 2:13
And after they were departed, behold an angel of the Lord appeared in sleep to Joseph, saying: Arise, and take the child and his mother, and flee into Egypt: and be there until I shall tell thee.
Trust in me( Jesus, the endeavours rejoice) in! That's words of rejoice! Christians in rejoice stay!
The word "rapture" is the Latin rendering of the Greek word which means to be "snatched away" or "caught up."
Yes, it is pre-tribe because the church will be raptured before the great tribulation as God "delivers us from the coming wrath" (1 Thessalonians 1:10).
@@davidcooper1201 No. There is no "church", there is only a remnant of True Believers who do not seek escape from their Witness for Christ.

God bless

It has nothing to do with being better, it's about timing. When God says time is up, if your washed in the Blood & living in holiness with a Personal Relationship with Christ, you will be taken. Only one Generation will live to experience the Rapture.

And so we will always be with the Lord.
Keep believing it, and you'll be left behind when all Christians are caught up in the sky to meet with Christ. 1 Thessalonian 4:16-17
@paulineinman
It is good to look at what Ezekiel 13:20 actually says, because what you say it says is simply not there.
Starting with verse 19 you can see the context, which is always necessary to look at, to avoid cherry picking and twisting and misapplying verses. In other words let's keep it honest.
Ezekiel 13
19You have profaned me among my people for a few handfuls of barley and scraps of bread.
22Because you disheartened the righteous with your lies, when I had brought them no grief, and because you encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways and so save their lives,
23therefore you will no longer see false visions or practice divination. I will save my people from your hands. And then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”
..................

So we think its okay to sin and keep going back to church is okay. But like i said all will have to stand before our lord for he created every thing humanity and animals good and bad saved and not. But don't think our fait is sealed no we still got to answer to him and this is why i think on the 3rd day God will allow you in our not.
Therefore he is false.
*"And they are caught up to be with Jesus in the air."* Yes! In the air. In Earth's atmosphere. It is worth noting that there is no mention of "going" to heaven in that passage (or any other).

You don't have to believe in the Rapture to be saved.
I studied the Rapture for a few years. Are you willing to study the Rapture for several years? And I'm not talking about listening to braying donkey preachers and parroting what they say, like this guy, or so many others I have responded to here in these comments.
You have to have an open and humble heart for God to show you anything. You can't listen to stupid preachers, like this guy, if you want God to show you things.
I will take the validated Word of God not your Word as my source of understanding and light as to what God has done, is doing and will do for the Church. The only one "making something up" is your misrepresentation of the Apostle Paul's teaching of the rapture.
I agree with you, I believe Paul was emphasizing on the Second coming. Not a special event
and where will you be when we are caught up with the Lord in the air? How do you know that the second coming is not a beginning process in which Jesus takes the dead in Christ and the Church out of the world before be beginning the process of great judgment on the earth? Paul spoke of a resurrection of the dead in Christ and those who are alive and remain being caught up to meet the Lord in the air. This is not the final work of God in the Day of the Lord as it is clearly a process not just on event.
