If you never read the Bible how will you ever know if you are being led astray? You need to learn to read the Bible and not depend on man to interpret for you. It’s a discipline. And reading the Bible is “training yourself for righteousness.”
Thanks Pastor Skip. Regarding Ahab's demise by a "random" arrow during the battle of Ramoth-gilead, I'm reminded that eventually God settles all accounts and that no one gets away with anything. Sometimes I watch these "cold case" crime documentaries where decades pass before the murderer is caught and in many cases they are never solved. And your heart just breaks for the family members of the victim who never see justice. But like you said, God is sovereign and omniscient and even though a murderer may escape man's justice, they can never escape God's justice - God's "arrow" will find them. I hope these families find strength in realizing this. Finally your words, "If you are a corrupt politician you know how to use the legal system to achieve your ends." Well that rings a bell! God bless.
Always great to listen to the Bible teachings by pastor Skip.I would have loved to hear the explanation on the LORD sending a lying spirit. This really confuses me because GOD has nothing to do with lies.

Verse 6 in my bible doesn't have the Lord in lowercase. 😢 So if I hadn't been studying alone with you, I would not have known these were false lords. I'm disappointed because I love this bible and paid a pretty penny for it to be accurate. 😂

So am I. I read alone with it with my vible because of some things I don't understand, and it breaks it down for me.
