This saved me BIG time with the cops and the courts. Also, as for as remaining calm, DEEP breathes and just ignore her attempts to push your buttons. A little reverse psychology wouldn’t hurt either. I was talking to this new girl that I met at the gas station and within the first two weeks she had every bit of drama coming out the woodworks about her life being a wreck and she's lonely. I politely told her she has a lot to deal with and she should get those things taken care of before she thinks about dating. We only messed around once and that was before all the drama came crashing in. I told her I'm not accepting her calls anymore and she threatened to call the police to tell them I smoke weed 😂 but it's legal in Michigan. She harasses me and calls me from random numbers for months it's insane how they can't accept a peaceful rejection

My German ex kept liking my pictures- posts and adding songs to the Spotify playlist she supposedly made for me when we were good, after breaking up. When I called her to know what she wanted, she treated my like shit, but the highlight of the conversation, and the part that I didn't understand until now is this. She started crying and asked me if I don't hate her for all she did. I told her :I don't want to live a life of hate, that I forgive her. She changed her mood and got angry... and told me, it would be easier for her if I hated her. Total narcissist for you right there. a few months after, I uploaded a story with my new gf, she deleted me, and that's was the end.
Things have gotten so bad that we got to have video evidence. If not family or friends as witnesses..
