I liked that you introduced the floor plan of the 400 at nearly 4:00❣️, I like the addition on the 600 of the coat closet. I think the 400 would be plenty of personal space for me. Thanks for my Thursday Kerry fix! 🥶🖤🔔👍🏻❣️❣️
The 600 (600 sq ft) and The Rancher 5 (970 sq ft) are the ones that interest me the most, though I'd really like one that split the difference of area. 750-800 sq ft is the sweet spot for me. Hope we get an in-person follow-up video with some tours of the smaller units. I imagine most here are more interested in the smaller units than the larger units.
5:55 ditch the 2nd bed closet, move the walk-in to where the ensuite is, and make it a 1-bath place, and I'm in. (But $400/sqft is ouch...better if that's CAD. (The cost is listed in their FAQ.)) REALLY appreciate you bringing all these companies to my attention.
Kerry….you hit another one out of the ballpark! I’m keeping a list of some of my favorites that you’ve reviewed…..that list grows longer!! But, I’m still looking for the ideal property in the northeast. Thank you once again, brother…..you provide an outstanding service!
Wow, these are BEAUTIFUL! In floor radiant heating in a prefab home? Do I even want to know the price... Minor point, but the mud room needs an outside door, or to be by or at an entrance. You don't want to walk in with snowy muddy boots and track through the house entrance to the mudroom to take them off. :)
Being from South Florida, we don't even have mud rooms, but I can totally see your point. It doesn't look like it would be a hard thing to switch the position of the mud room and the storage area and, of course, shift the exterior door over.
@@rogermccaslin5963 -- Some homes I rented seen or owned had a nice front door, and a second door next to it, sometimes not 'interior heated or cooled space' to help shoes and clothes drying. So when the need arises you just use the other door, benches, often a floor that can be hosed out, and it just has another door to the entryway or house. When I've been skiing, some of the nicer homes even had a secondary mudroom. Meaning there was an outside "Boots/Jackets room" and there was an adjoining room that had lockers, space for shoes, etc. All I know is you don't want a mudroom off of the entry as you will be cleaning your entry immediately afterwards or track it through the house.
The look is Amazing. Like the style of the Garden Suite. But, that long log cabin on at the beginning of the video is my fav. Great video, and great information 💯ℹ️
Yeah! Another Canadian option! I'd like to see a 'Blend' community around here in Manitoba. Love the Scandinavian look!! This people watches your videos... teehee😂
_Super sleek. They do list starting prices in their FAQ:_ *Our base building cost starts at $400 per sq. ft. fully built (exclusive of tax).* _I presume that's C$_
The issue with prefab is that it ONLY serves those that live close to a manufacturing facility (most are west coast based). The shipping costs make it prohibitive and less economical than a traditional stick build.
I truly admire and appalud your indefatigable and valuable efforts in bringing all of these Pre-fab builders to our attention. However, these models are not distinct or offer anything really new to speak of. To be fair, there's not much you can do with a seven sided box that hasn't been done numerous times before. This Blends with so many other existing designs that it's becoming more difficult to get worked up about any of them and inasmuch as their development proposal, how is this breakout or innovative? I have my suspicions about the cost per Sq. Ft. I am waiting for an affordable solution that doesn't involve shipping containers, shed like construction or the use of gimmicky materials and design to present itself.
Have been watching you for close to two years. I have only found one modular company, in Washington state, that seems to be a real company that will actually talk to you and build something. What's the deal?
Church it up! We used to call them in-law units. I'm a retired boomer - 66 -Kaboom! I'm building a small (70sq m) house in Japan (#casestudy_japan) check it out? I've been trying to find land that I can build a 400-800 square ft house. I'd love to try in Sea Ranch. Any suggestions for a prefab builder?
Please focus on Off-Grid factory built homes. Solar, battery storage, septic leaching field, heat pumps, water wells??????? Ya know the important stuff. Nobody wants to live in a HOA or mobile home park. We want self sustaining homes on our own land! LONG TERM HAPPINESS we can will to our children. :)
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
Hello, I am very interested. As you know, there are tons of investments out there and without solid knowledge, I can't decide what is best. Can you explain further how you invest and earn?
Same, I operate a wide- range of Investments with help from My Financial Adviser. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Ann Marie strunk, has been an amazing experience.
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Ms Ann Marie strunk😊
PRICE: From their FAQ pages. Sorry but I can still build these for 65% less as GC at these prices. Only thing about the 1800 that seems a little odd is having the kitchen be the area that is open up through the second floor? Usually the higher ceiling would be over the den or maybe living room.
Omg yes… yes… yes.. yes…
That interior exposed beams and concrete floor is what I picture in my head as I’m falling asleep at night…
nice! I'm going to see it next week
In my 20s I worked on cement floors in factories-while these look nicer, they're god awful on your feet and lower legs.
I come for the info and end up staying for your commentary. 😅 Thank you, Kerry!! 🙏👍🏼
haha thanks Joe!

Nice home options. Well planned out and appears to be quite spacious. Thank you! Great job!
Wow, these are really great looking. I’ll be very interested to see your tour of an actual unit and learn the pricing.cheers!

Just curious, why would you want to ditch the closet and the second bath?
@@rogermccaslin5963 I'm single.
@gaston. I'm single. Also, move windows appropriately to accommodate.

Nice! I can guess the prices, especially coming from Canada. Starting with the Garden model over 100k.
I can live in 400 sq ft. Just have to think about snow loads coming down Infront of your sliding glass doors.
sorry boss, was in tube jail again ... its how i roll! these look nice, floor plans were bought to see, 1 'laundryroom' was frickin huge!!
Haha back behind bars
With a few tweaks, a smallish addition, and a little elevation, this one could be perfect. ❤😊
Glad you like it!
Id like a development w the 400- 800 ft2

I love that it looks prefab. Not mobile home

On their site in the FAQs they give an estimate of $400 per square foot to start, so it gets up their in price.

What price for these house
Will find out for you this week
@5:58, a lot has been packed into the space. The bedrooms are small and there are too many of them.
“Woah” is not a word. The word is “whoa.”
My buddy Woah, short for Woahinski might disagree.

$400/sqft not including foundation and 12 months to build, I just don't understand the benefit here?
It doesn't benefit the buyer at all lol that's insane. These types of homes are not expensive to build.they are just popular. So they rape u on price
