    ye but live insurrection smells too much like fake... He has never done so good live how can a whole live album be so kick ass even on songs with shit hard vocals?

      If you look at video recordings from his shows of the period it was probably right there around 2000-2001 that Halford's voice absolutely peaked. The vocals from Rock in Rio are no joke... But since he doesn't really sing in the style from Painkiller/Fight/Early Halford any more... Well that's probably also the singing that feffed his voice up before rejoining priest x) just happy that he's found a new style that works for him now.

      it was probably fake, his voice actually fell off the cliff after the recording of painkiller. fanboys refuse to acknolegde it, same with hetfield, paul stanley and others
