First time Cooper has gotten the upper hand on Boozer (who also played well). Brings the two of them, both rising juniors, into more-or-less parity as the top players in high school right now. This is the 2nd game that Ace Flagg as played really well in recently. The light seems to have come on for him. The Boozer twins ate Maine for lunch in their past games. Not today. My last comment is that judging from watching the handshake line at end of the game, there is no love lost between the two.
well cooper is playing with all undersized untalented white boys... no offense.. he has to carry his team to have any chance whatsoever.. he plays for Maine lol
lol yea he plays for maine lol he has to be of the charts to have any chance whatsoever with that squad. Larry Bird would have felt disrespected if you made him play with all white boys on his team
Agreed, his jumper is pretty smooth and effortless but it is odd that it has such little rotation. I haven't seen a lot of his free-throws, how is his rotation when he shoots them? Both Flagg and Boozer have tremendous skills...gonna be a fun ride watching them both grow.
Most kids in Maine don’t pursue their sports dreams and focus on getting work experience because everyone assumes exactly what you said. Even the Flagg bros up until this year were being labeled as overhype because “they play in Maine against lesser talent”. Also the weather is pretty shit for kids as far as sports. It’s snowy half the year. That’s why hockey in Maine has better players than most the country. It’s not the talent or athleticism, it’s the environment, both physical and social.
The carry has been allowed for forever now. Yes, it makes it much easier to move around the court. Which makes the game more exciting. The majority of these great moves would disappear if carrying was still a thing.
@@forestgump8357 The greatest move I ever saw was made by Jimmy Walker who played for Providence back in the sixties. His moves were more exciting than any dunk and he didn't carry.
Yeah #11 is Cooper's twin brother Ace. He had 22 points and Cooper had 21. Cameron has a twin brother Cayden a 6'4" guard and top 25 prospect of his class. Carlos Boozer's boys. Carlos played for Duke and that's where Cooper wants to play. It would be crazy if they spent their lone college year together in an effort to win a National Championship. Cooper can play a very large small forward and Cameron a PF. They're still only 16 years old and already 6'9". Cooper is about 200 pounds and Cameron is 220.
Copper usually gets no help. Maine has no brothers and no real prospects that makes what Cooper did wven more impressive. For Maine to have any chance what so ever Cooper has to play completely out of his mind! He might be the best white American player since Bird, but Larry definitely wouldn't have wanted to play with all white teammates though, he would have found it Disrespectful. 😏
@@sack1326 bruh look how he plays, coast to coast, anywhere on the court, hes going into his JUNIOR season, if he just puts on even 10-15 pounds of muscle in the next 3 years, its gonna be beastly
Maine United: 73
Nightrydas Elite: 65
Cooper Flagg: 21 PTS, 10 REB, 7 AST, 2 STL, 2 BLK
Ace Flagg: 22 PTS, 11 REB, 2 AST
Landon Clark: 19 PTS, 3 REB, 1 AST, 1 BLK, 1 STL
Cameron Boozer: 22 PTS, 12 REB, 2 BLK, 1 STL
Cayden Boozer: 11 PTS, 3 REB, 5 AST, 2 STL
Dante Allen: 17 PTS, 4 REB, 2 STL
These guys are both amazing hopefully they have great careers
Ace coming out party ! Great game , he often gets over looked by how good his brother is
Cooper is number one in my book but Boozer is great too
It will be fun to see who performs at the next level better
great game from Ace Flagg as well

Maine is trash so it's not that surprising.

@@MalphasMikaelson”Trash” = cliche word. Avoid cliches.
@@MalphasMikaelson Team wise Maine is not as talented but Cooper is better than Boozer all around.
@@charold3 It applies perfectly to Maine.
Cooper finally gets some help
he been had help his twin brother ace was just never posted

#11 for Maine is legit good also
That's Cooper's twin brother
Cooper just has that bounce that makes him so different. Freak athlete
Cooper Flagg is Real Deal and those Boozer Kids ain't Badd either.
But C.Flagg has highest pro potential of all high school ballers this year ..
Everything about Cooper's game is impressive, although I am surprised at how little rotation he gets on his jump shot. Easy enough to fix that.
Agreed, his jumper is pretty smooth and effortless but it is odd that it has such little rotation. I haven't seen a lot of his free-throws, how is his rotation when he shoots them? Both Flagg and Boozer have tremendous skills...gonna be a fun ride watching them both grow.
It's all in the elbow, rather than the wrist. Which means he'll have a very consistent shot.
If it doesn’t rotate, that means the ball is not on his finger tips. You must see daylight under the ball..
Is the dang ball going in the basket?? Ok then y'all are such experts
Amazing game. Both gonna be top 10 draft picks
top 3
Would love to see Cooper brothers and Boozer brothers team up at Duke
You are evil.
hell nah that's like having Magic and Bird play together I want this to be a rivalry
@@ratedpendingit is possible tho. duke is cooper’s dream school and carlos boozer(cam’s dad) played for duke.
Cooper will be a year into the nba by time Boozer Brother's get 2 Duke.
@@Bob-te3le this was before cooper reclassified up
Cooper's team looks like middle schoolers compared to Boozer's senior varsity squad.
He not as tall yet but he reminds me of Anthony Davis, only more polished at his age than Davis was as a 16 year old
All things being equal, their games are very similar. It's like Flagg patterned his three point shot from Davis.
He's now 6' 10" tall and starting to pack on some weight. Might get another inch on him maybe more.
both kids look damn good!
Cooper definitely the next MPJ smooth. Boozer reminds me of C Webb
I see Julius Randle. He has the handle to create his own shot, but he not the quickest guy.
I was there🔥🔥
Cooper be carrying heavy
Imagine all 4 make the league and play brother duo vs brother duo in the nba finals😂
I never even dreamed of Maine being a high school house.

0:49 with the left hand
Match up of the year
Cooper is the truth.
That Cooper is Nice ..
Boozer looked great on D don’t you think!
yeah thay both r good defenders with good eyes and hands
Carlos wasn’t a stopper but he wasn’t a sieve.
He would for sure be the first pick in the 2024 draft if he could leave high school after his junior year. He's ready already
Idk bout that
@@joshuadavis5650he would fasho
I think he just reclassified cause he's supposed to be 2024 not 2025
What kills me is how these young boys carry the ball with no call.Carrying the ball is not dribbling the ball. This lowers the skill set of the game.
What carry?
@@jq8792 Do you know what a carry is ? The modern day players carry all the time. The ref's won't call it which is suspect.

wait this game had two sets of twins playing each other ??!?!

Flagg bros to the rescue
you put shoe squeak noises in the background
Flagg is the next Joker and Boozer is the next AD or Embiid.
Pretty funny that have brothers
Wow so both of them have twin brothers? wtf lol
Cooper Flagg and his Maine teammates win by 9 points.!!! 👍🏽
Boozers related to NBA player Carlos Boozer?
It's his dad

Less than 2% of the population here is black
