I don’t think I ever used the pizza cutter in this game. I don’t care for the anachronistic aspect of it. As far as I know, there aren’t any medieval era weapons like it, and certainly no motorized ones. I think they could get away with it in Bloodborne’s Victorian era setting but here it feels a bit out of place.

It's not really motorized though. If you look at the animation, the way it's made to spin is by dragging it along the ground until the wheel gets going.
So it really is a more primitive version of the Bloodborne pizza cutter, so primitive in fact that you have to do all the work yourself.
