Having patients like the man with the dogs who lost his wife is such a blessing. Being able to help and have such genuine kind conversations with someone who needs it keeps you going.
17:41 absolutely gutted me! Awww… Love! Was diagnosed with ovarian cancer when I was 26. Many surgeries and years of chemo and radiation later, I was declared cancer free at 33. Now,the cancer has overcome my kidneys, liver, colon and urinary tract. I am just praying to make it to my only grandchild’s kindergarten graduation in May of 2025 and, God willing, maybe my 50th birthday the end of July 2025. My heart breaks so badly for those we leave behind… we just leave… they are left, brokenhearted.
I love the banter between the crew and with their patients. Also loved the fact that after a particular job, the bearded ambulance driver asked his colleague in the call centre if she was okay. None of these people are robots, they are human beings like you and I. I have so much respect for them.
The female paramedic that has PTSD, is a love. She is brilliant at her job and such a lovely person. I wish her all the best as I do for all the Frontline workers ❤
Darren, if you ever going to read this: you got it mate! It's not going be easier but you got it. You managed to stay 5 days sober. 5 Weeks. 5 Months. Imagine what else you can achieve!
This brings me back to a LTCH home fire we attended. Fire just kept dragging bodies out and we had to triage. Ambos kept up a shuttle run to our small hospital. I forget how many people died.
Being someone who worked for the NHS for 13 years down in Bristol ( i am orginaly from manchester) ...NOT frontline like the ambulance service, Aand E , or a hospital! BUt i worked for the NHSBT (blood and transplant) and i was proud to say i did that job as it is a backbone for blood supplies and transplants for the hospitals ...were i worked we made and produced out of the blood donations , red cells, plasma, platelets, serum, and many other things that help save lives aftr someone comes in via the ambluance service to hospitals ...the ambulance service is in my view the life savers at the start of things and they deserve the respect! Ihave had to use them myself after have ing a stroke at 48 and a mini one at 49 ...im now 54 and still not in great health ..to me even when this was filmed the ambulance servise was streached and tbh things have not changed in 2024 sadly
My daughter is 45 and has worked for the health service for over 20 years. I know the toil it has took on her, physical and mental. As a physio she has to deal with many aspects of human fragility, vulnerability and emotions. Her job doesn't involve getting people walking, it engages with the patient, their problems, and their families including their social issues. Sometimes GP issues. I don't think a lot of people realise how much they give to the community. God bless them. xxx
I was an EMT IN USA 🇺🇸. I felt each call and cried. GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU. Borh my parents died. I THANK GOD FOR HIS STRENGTH. PRAYING HELPS. AND HAVING A GOOD PARTNER ON THE AMBULANCE.
29:51 I love the attitudes of the Liverpool ambulance lady, being Irish myself - as an older Irish gay man in the U.K. 23 years, I can relate to her struggles with PTSD, given my 30 years in supermarket retailing and my own experiences of homophobic bullying 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪😍😍😍😍😍
@lindaarnold5683 Thank you Linda. Full Throttle TV2 will be having another fantastic series coming on Monday. Your welcome to come by, and check it out. ❤️🙂⚘️🤗.
That guy with the dogs went though what I went though a few days and still recovering , a chest infection which is now going to my lungs hit me without warning and by oxygen levels dropped but cause of my dogs freaking out after 2 days in hospital I discharged myself as I couldn’t cope being away from them and went I got home the amount of dog pee all over the cottage was unbelievable and that was with my neighbour popping in twice daily
52:56 oh nooooo!! I literally just watched an old episode just by chance with that paramedic woman saying how her grandad bought her up and he is her EVERYTHING ❤ the day he dies will be the worst day of her life!!! Then the next episode i watch is the latest oe where shes talking about his death... fuck man thats rough
It takes a special kind of person to work fire or ambulance. Unless you’re in that job you’ll never understand what they have to deal with Total respect to them all 😊
Paramedics don't get paid nearly enough. So many of them need to work second jobs on top of it to make a living and this job is worth easily at least 3 in demand, stress, and value.

I don’t know any paramedics in uk who work second jobs.Their shifts are 12 hours.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
yea I only do work in the hospital, those crews better figure somethin out
We had one month to the day until our Mum died. Cancer wasn't even on my radar. She had end stage 4 Ovarian cancer & Peritoneal cancer. 😊
Do these people have cars?! Some of them aren't "true" emergencies and others are dying.
Ambulances aren’t just for critical cases.
That's the cradle to grave mentality.
god it was a ten from Len .
Most of the homes in the UK in this series are death traps for young and old
I noticed that. Those staircases and hallways are really narrow.
Islam must leave UK
and from Canada!
Why??
Not culturally compatible.
Religion isnt the problem, its intolerance of other religions thats the problem.
Im guessing your parents are related. Hence the reason of your low IQ.
My opinion only, but those beards are weird.
Just full beards
