I ve just made soup following your instructions. Worked really well thank you but I did use the hand blender at the end and it hasn’t marked the container at all so does save time and washing f up 😊
I've made it in a soup maker before . I cook on chunky , remove some of the veg , then blitz for a little while and add the chunky veg back . Pauline, it really is a good one . We had the leftovers for lunch

It will have to wait until Sunday now though as my grandson and partner have just rung and invited themselves for a roast lunch tomorrow and then they are taking me to the cinema at 5 o’clock so I will make it fresh on Sunday 😊😋
@@inthekitchenwithpenn1 if you look back at the video when you put the stock in you were using a normal spoon to stir the mixture unless I've got it wrong

Because the whole of the bottom of my blender is metal so better safe than sorry

An easy soup to make you can add any veg you have in your fridge
You will also scratch it when you are stirring the pot with a soup spoon
Not a plastic or silicone spoon you won't
