I’ve fished with James. Not only is James one of the fishiest guys that I have ever met, he’s a great guide and teacher. My fishing buddy Jeff just refers to him as “best guide ever”. If you get an opportunity to fish with James, don’t pass it up. Hoping to get to Quicksand creek and fish with James again soon. Thanks Ben! Your vid’s are the only things that make Mondays tolerable until cocktail hour rolls around.
First, fishing dries in the snow is the BEST! Second, the fact that you’re legitimately trying to not out one of the highest pressured, most visually recognizable rivers in the west is hilarious, while also speaking to your commitment to not spoil places. I’m here for it. 😁
James is the man - hands down best experience on that water you can have - Dude is more than just "about trout" he is "all about trout" - book some days and get ready for some large trout!!!!
