I had a beer with George in Richmond, Va. years ago. A great 20 minutes or so, one of the nicest guys I ever met. RIP, George.

He first touched me through Thomas the tank Engine and a bit earlier Shining time Station. Always soothing.

I believe that there is another "dimension" and life is one. I think George is eating popcorn, watching his family and friends, plus the freak show.

Strange that he was playing The Cellar while JFK's Secret Service detail were there getting drunk the night before that assissination.

I've been a huge Carlin fan my whole life and I'm a Fort Worth native, hearing Carlin say Arlington Heights High School, Camp Bowie Blvd etc. is just crazy to me. Oddly, It means so much to me that he loved Fort Worth the way he did. What a great video, thanks for the upload!

George Carlin was a damn genius, and my personal idol.language cannot be done his way without an extreme intellectual ability.far more than a comedian

I used to be a big fan of his work, but I wouldn’t go as far as to call him an idol. Idolatry is a mortal sin. Super talented comedian. Got to see him live once which was incredible. Peace!

It was nice to see a more gentler Carlin! I was a fan of his in his early years before he went "bad".
