Oral B Toothbrush Starts and Runs Out in 1 second - Can it be FIXED?

In this video I attempt to fix my wife's Oral B electric toothbrush which has stopped working AGAIN!!! This time it works for 1 or 2 seconds and then stops, yet the battery is fully charged. Can it be fixed once and for all? Let's find out.
