@@AtrumNoxProductions and tanks of petrol under the wooden table. A house near mine recently burned down because someone used a barbecue inside their shed where they accidentally lit a tank for their lawnmower, and you can guess what happened from there.
I see only one fire hazard and that is the candle the toothpick will be on fire for o short time and the lego was far enouth to not melt-not catch on fire
This works surprisingly similarly to alarms before timers were a thing. People would put a nail in a candle that was marked with different lengths of time, and when the candle burned to that point it'd drop the nail onto a metal plate to tell them to do what they needed.
Maybe you already knew this, but these candle snuffers were used to “program” how many hours of candlelight you wanted to burn. Or rather, this gave yourself a set time (depending on how high or low you placed the trigger) of candlelight, upon which it blew itself out without you having to get up and do that all throughout the house.
It'd be pretty funny if the Band broke before the wood burned smh. You'd end up with a burnt stick, some hardened wax and melted lego with a side dish of plastic fumes lmao
Yeah, because I've lost count how many times I've thought to myself "wow, I really would like to light a candle, but who has the time for that half a second it takes to blow it back out when I leave the room?"
Oh I see in an attempt to get a candle to shut off automatically because you’re not attending it. you launch a possibly burning toothpick across the room. The insurance company’s gonna love that one.
Instructions for use. 1) Before using this device, equip your home with an automatic fire extinguishing system. 2) Children under 35 years of age may use this device only in the presence of an adult.
In general, Lego + Fire is bad but this is pretty cool
Yeah! Correct 👍👍
Lol I was ranting on to myself for long time as I was watching and I came to this very conclusion! Super funny to see it's the top comment!
@@technicbrick14 Yeah Correct 👍
But it won't stay cool if that glowing toothpick hits something flamable ;)
@@DonkenAndToivolaRR Exactly my thought
This would work better on top of a stack of old newspapers and plastic bowls full of alcohol.
Based.
You're gonna need a bigger back-up snuffer for that
You forgot the oil soaked rags!

ma'am are you okay?
there’s definitely a “one in some odd chance” of your house burning down with this Lego™️ candle snuffer.
Hey! The term "One in some odd chance™" is trademarked too, you're going to jail!!!

Spread on your face too if u are sleeping next to the candle
More like Lego lit toothpick catapult, original candle snuffers were genius and meant to save candle life and prevent fires, not cause them.
Laughed too hard at this. For real tho, this thing clearly shoots hot wax everywhere not to mention the lit toothpick 😂
This isn't supposed to be a long term solution. This was a project for fun. People need to stop taking everything seriously.
you are too strict. fire extinguisher, fire starter. just a single word difference 🤷
No
I especially like the way it flings burning material around. ❤
Puts out the candle. Launches a flaming toothpick on to the most flammable thing in your house.
If the toothpick stayed alight you'd have a family snuffer too
после от этой зубачистки горящей, хата загорится

заодно перепись дебилов проведём.
It's going to be hilarious when this thing snaps the stick prematurely and sends a chunk of still burning candle flying into something.
And this ladies and gentlemen, is how house fires start.
that toothpick is a fire hazard, and the lego would probably burn as well

@davidswanson5669 I didn't know that. No doubt a product thought up after a few unfortunate fires from people forgetting to put out candles.

How to start a fire in the house.
Puts out the candle by launching a flaming stick..
Let's not forget about the small wax fireball that could fly out and start a carpet on fire.
used this back in the 1700s to avoid setting the straw roof of my peasant’s quarters ablaze in the dead of night
Burning candle, wood and plastic, what could go wrong.
Plot twist: instead of snuffing the candle, it just launches the ember into the drapes.
Не безопасно. Зубочистка не тушится. Она вылетает из системы тушения свечи и может собой поджечь что либо ещё.
It'd be pretty funny if the Band broke before the wood burned smh.

Just be careful of that toothpick catching fire and getting tossed to something that could spread it.
And the burning pieces of a toothpick are flying wherever they can start a real fire! Great invention
And in today's news : A man was killed by a high speed toothpick that was launched by a candle-clapper made out of lego.
Meanwhile, I just do the safe thing and let the candle burn out on its own, or just piss on it like normal people do.

It works on centre of gravity when will apply more force on centre then total pressure will decrease and it easy to melt down a candle
