I tried doing this and my carbs will not sync the engine revs up 4000 RPM when I turn the adjustment screw in either direction. And the liquid doesn't balance any idea what I maybe doing wrong?
thehe choke is closed when you start the engine?
@@yevgavrikov Yes. Even i open the choke it will rev even higher... I can't it figure out... Could it also be a throttle cable.
@@ELCLAVE300 yes try to release the cable to check if any changes, maybe the handle is stuck too

what substance did you use
used antifreeze but you can use any color fluid

which directions are you turning the carb screw to get these effects?
Jacob Harrell left or right till you get the right level, one thing is you need to set rpm to 1700 by the choke in this film i did not set correct rpm
How do you keep fuel supply?
