She has the best strumming technique I have ever seen. What a true talent! It's disappointing to me that this goes unnoticed by most people. People as talented as her should be on the top of the charts!
Those of us that know these things, definitely know about her. She's amazing. Killer picking all the way around, no doubt.
She's actually not doing a lot of strumming in this song! And I'm only being bratty in case you'd like to learn the style, because these terms matter when you're looking it up. It's a whole lot of FLATPICKING, which is mostly unique to bluegrass and involves a lot of up/down/up/down on individual strings. Strumming usually involves striking a lot strings all at once. I hope this helps you to look up a lot more killer flatpicking songs!
@@ryanhoffman4502 thanks for the info!
Pete Townshend....the best strummer
She's one of the best flat pickers I have ever seen.W.F.Blues is my favorite one she does but I also enjoy watching her pick with Billy Strings.
By golly she's something to watch.😜
She’s a living legend! Plays so clean and smooth. Delicate with style.
Molly can make ANYTHING with strings sound great ! ✌️
except for this ...thing.
To say that her playing is fantastic is a given, but am I the only one to notice that her outfit totally matches the guitar?? Not only her pants and top, but her necklace as well, mimicking the guitar's hole and strings!
She has alot of pickinggoing on, it was beautiful and very fast beat
Every time I watch her I am amazed at her ability to make it sound so easy and clear. Truly talented and underappreciated.
Genius. Simply a genius whatever she does. Molly get over to the UK asap, we miss you soooooooooooooooo much.
A duet with Leo Kottke would be amazing ! This made my day, Thanks MT ❤
Check out her duets with Tommy Emmanuel!
Coming to my town this Summer!
great molly and fender...
😍🎶🎸🙌
It is no wonder that twice she has been awarded the bluegrass guitar player of the year.
Listen to El Dorado on her new City Of Gold album. Addicting!
Wow she is truly amazing
What an incredible player!.. Could watch and listen to her forever, It's amazing how she plays, I never get tired of her no matter how many times I watch / listen a truly awesome talent 🎶
I love Molly Tuttle! When You're Ready is an amazing album. I think it's great that artists like Molly Tuttle and Billy Strings are bringing back bluegrass in a modern way that's keeping strong with the roots. I haven't seen Molly live (yet) but I have seen Billy Strings and his shows are crazy! Great audience of young people loving the incredible music as such a level of mastery and so much soul.
Molly is a joy to watch
Really love your playing! Thanks!!!
A true master piece! Precision, a great timing and expression with passion, could not be better!!!
Molly Tuttle is special, everyone look after her.
But that Jano Rix on the drums though! 😉
Hey R.J. LOVE your channel! So is this a 'do everything' kinda' guitar?
I saw that too
Molly can make anything sound great. But nothing compares to her great acoustics
Love the sound, wish I could play guitar like that or at all
Still love the video ngl I’m almost getting one
She’s so amazing
She’s absolutely perfect
Excellent! As we say down South, that’s some mighty fine pickin’ girl.
Love Molly Tuttle an amazing talent!!
Wow she killed it. Awesome guitarist. Never heard of her before. Will check out her others stuff.
Bravo! I can't believe you got a bluegrass tone from this guitar. Impressive!
I'm skeptical of this guitar too. I'm a massive Fender fanboy, but I wonder how much post-processing this track went through. It does sound good though!
@@middle_pickup worth point out this doesn't sound far as good as she on a real acoustic. Sounds like a plastic toy to me...
@@FabrizioPeretti sounds better that expected though.
fabrizio peretti
It should sound plastic at all considering it is 100% wood.
@@charlesbolton8471 dude it's not an acoustic guitar, it's solid wood so all you',re earing it's a piezo pick up not the wood. It's more or less like a Yamaha silent guitar
Never clicked a Fender video this fast.
This lady is truly amazing. He talent and playing style, though she mostly plays bluegrass, can translate into most any other style. She is so fluid and articulate in her crossovers from picking to strumming that it is just a seamless storyline.
This is the first ever acoustic strat that I have seen, and it could not have been in more capable hands for an astonishing
Introduction. Superb performance.
Wow! Had to pick my jaw off the floor! Go Molly!
Molly is a fantastic guitar player and the Fender Acoustasonic sounds OK.
Lol.
I saw her at Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival two years ago!! Outstanding!!
The only thing I can predict when I click on a Molly Tuttle link is that it is going to be great. What a versatile artist!
She sure can play that Fender. God bless you.
Amazing how still her upper body stays, no extraneous movement. Guitar 🎸 master class. Hope Fender let her keep that bad boy.😂
Its all in the wrist no need to move the upper body
She probably smashed it as soon as the director said cut. Or burned it.
Very, very good.
This girl is insane! Her bluegrass roots really shows.
Wow that girl has some talent! Guitar sounds good too.
Just beautiful. Wish she had also used her claw-hammer style, which is incredible. Also, I wish my pinky was as long as hers...
Her hands are not as big as they appear. I had thought that too before I met her. It is just that her hands are so thin her fingers appear long. It is amazing how she generates so much power with her right hand
@@erichart2093 Her technique is amazing, for sure!
@@kitano0 , Undoubtedly so. But it just seems physically impossible for her to strum, pick or claw hammer as she does. It is mind boggling for someone like me who struggles with the basics of guitar
@@erichart2093 Yes, but you have to remember she's been doing this all of her life, and she's from a musical family, so the DNA is there, also. Not to diminish her talents in any way, however.
@@kitano0 , I'm hundred with you
Everything from her name to her looks to the way she carries herself and of course how she plays, is stunning
And I'm not talking about the guitar
Love Wood Brothers and Janno’s talent compliments Molly great here. That guitar looks stunning, love the black top. Also, this guitar makes a lot more sense to me now after seeing her and Billy Strings rip them both. Nice tone, and has to be fun for them to play an electric and get that sound.
Looks and sounds great. I don’t even play, but I watched the ad. Mellow sound
awesome awesome awesome
As I've said in previous comments I grew up with a very talented jazz bassist we built a analog jazz studio called Sonora.i know Great music when I hear it,you are such an excellent player you got me checking out all your music and blue grass as a whole .you would be great in jazz and prog I am so inspired by your music
MORE PLEASE😆
amazing that it sounds just like the telecaster version..
THIS GIRL'S ON FIRE THAT IS SOME OF THE BEST GUITAR THAT I'VE HEARD I JUST LOVE THIS GIRL 👍🇺🇸.
What a sick sounding guitar. They really outdid themselves with this model. She’s amazing, and the guitars superb sound just makes it that much better.
I think this is a beautiful performance! Stunning Molly! Besides the thought into color coordination, Molly you look very comfortable on this guitar. Sometimes it looks like you are wrestling some of those big body acoustic guitars. Like it's hard to wrap your arm around them. You look very comfortable here, like music is a joy. And I love the sound of that metallic dampened single strum chime accenting the intricate flat picking. Ya can`t get that on an acoustic. Thumbs up Fender. Ya sold me on the guitar without saying a word!
Would love a Molly Tuttle/Bill Frissell album. Now that would be special.
She's awe-inspiring!
She makes even this sound good
A legend.
Wow! That was some impressive playing. Got my foot tapping!
I love you Molly Tuttle
She’s awesome but I don’t understand why I need this guitar. Everything she did would sound better on just a standard acoustic guitar.
Bro... They do not care. They are promoting Acoustasonic. They really do not care... It is important to them that she "like" it, so people buy it more... But the truth is, she really do not like this guitar. You can see on her face that it is not enjoyable for her... But, money talks.... Always.
correction, *you* don't like the guitar, and can't speak for other people lmao
btw what is with you people and using too many periods its seriously freaky
Damnation, she loves loves the sound she's getting! She probably tries a gazillion guitars and just liked this one at the moment.
I'd always try to stress to my students how important the right(picking) hand is,I could have simply shown a video of Ms.Tuttle!I'm pretty damn sure everyone would understand exactly what I was trying to teach
Modern day Queen of FlatPicking 🤘🤘🤘
GOOD GOLLY, Miss Molly you are OUTSTANDING.
Sweet!
The world's finest guitar-player right here.
Got to try one of the acoustasonic telecasters and I loved the damn thing. I'm not even that much of a acoustic player but boy, you nailed these, Fender!
🤘
A tremendous player on a great sounding guitar. I dig it.
What a player!!!
Excellent playing thanks!
🤘
Awesome Guitarist!! Molly, Beautiful Job Demonstrating this Awesome Guitar! I’m a Fender Fan! My Twin Brother owned Several Guitars and his Favorite was Fender! My last Purchase was 4 Years ago - I bought two New Fenders!
Nice to see her Step Out.
Woo Baby... Molly, your Great ! Super Drummer...
She is a Master...
Looks and sounds amazing, nice gutiar also
close enough. welcome back jack and meg white!!
It's funny how Molly stares at her right hand most of the time and Billy Strings stares at his left hand most of the time...
Most of the guitar pickers I've ever known look at their left. Interesting...
Seems Billy mostly plays with his eyes closed. lol
She trusts her left hand to know where to go on the fret board. The way she picks is impressive and makes sense that she would stare at her right hand. Just my opinion. From my own exp. And I am not anywhere near her with skills. Not even close. She is awesome!
I think Billy is more surprised that his hand is doing whatever it’s doing as it’s possessed.
Damn fender this was one of the most hated guitars you made and now you have persuaded everyone that it is awesome
Not getting confused with the stratacoustic are you?
Fender is crazy like a fox ;) They've been on a roll here lately with all kinds of cool/funky designs and limited run toys. The best part is that all of the bits are interchangeable too. Take note Gibson ;)
Uh, who hated the Strat and the Tele?
@@ericwarren3833 I am talking about the stratacoustic not the og tele and strat of course
@@RockOfGreece ok
oh my god, FINALLY I get to see her with an electric ... well, kind of, but close enough
ruclips.net/video/tvIRnrs4rK0/видео.html - real electric - you can't get much more electric than a Fender jazzmaster....
Love it great playing
Well this was a crazy ride.
I love her on a strat.
That's like my favorite excersise, she made a song out of it.
Other than Molly being a robot, because I've never seen her breath, Molly is a beast, the boss, one of the best! Oh, this just helped sell me even more on the whole acoustasonic thing, though I like the Tele more :) AMAZING!!!
I tried one. Just an amazing guitar, great idea, well implemented. Some new music will probably come out if it.
That picking hand 😮
That’s pretty incredible.
🤘
Well done.
Wonder how fuzz, distortion or overdrive works with it?
Pretty amazing tones!
Love is real lol. Beautiful video 👋
Director: Can we get that drum set farther away?
Haa...
Brilliant! Also, thats the model/color I’m planning on!!!
That Strat sounds really good.
Couldn't agree more! 🤘
👍 Good friend 🙂 💫 Congratulations awesome. I take it for me to playlist instrumental electric. 🙂 💫
That was sick
初めて名前の聞いたミュージシャンだけどすごくいいね。ありがとうフェンダーさん。
Great playing as always Molly 👍👍but I bet your Thompson Acoustic is crying in its case 💕💕
Fantastic !
🤘
WOW, Molly that was freaking awesome. Forget Fender I wanna know more about her. I would love to hear you play Thats the way or Black country woman by Led Zeppelin, in fact the song Friends as well. I'm impressed. Gotta hear more.
Molly won the International Bluegrass Associations guitar Player of the year, wo years in a row, 2017 1nd 2018. Not a bad achievment for someone at 24 and 25 years of age.
Great performance! Only regret is that she didn't demo her clawhammer
style on it :)
it’s almost unfair to let molly tuttle demo a guitar. amazing!
As a Fender fanboy, and a Molly fan, I'm not too big on these acoustasonics still. Just my opinion.
Really really dug the Paramounts though! A lot!
I'd like one of these to play, it would be easier in a wheelchair than a dreadnaught. And I like the Strat style. How about a Squire version that might be more 'affordable' ?
Groovy. I wonder if this is the Capt. Tuttle from the MASH episode
