I tend to use Tentarafoo on Phantom King... status ailment sometimes helps in boss fight, especially this one and Hell Knights at Tziah floor [I used Charm status ailment on those Knights] (I think it's around floor 146).
I really gotta say though. Hama and Mudo suck in this game. Everytime the enemy uses it it hits cuz yes but when i use it it never hit even if they are weak to it. WTF!?
There’s actually a reason for this, and it’s the reason ailments are so bad in this game. There is only a 25% chance to land AoE Ailment and instant kill attacks in this game. I forget what the single target versions are but I know it’s not above 50%. Thankfully, not only is Reload adding in the Eiha and Kouha skills, but also fixing this because this is worse built in chances than even Nocturne Hardtype.
Well you have homonculus, anti dark/light, multiple persona, auto-sukukaja, sukunda etc and when you have boost and higher mudoon or die for me, you'll get higher rate instant kill. I never get hama'ed or mudo'ed in my early gameplay, until later in late game when I have homonculus and sometimes you friend took sacrifices
@@rezahydrap3 is my first persona and jrpg genre, so seeing hama and mudo skill instant killed ability is so cool, and it's understandable rate. It make you more prepared before goin to Tartarus. It's not that hardcore/suck imo. But I can see it's not much appealing to modern games. I always using auto-kaja for first persona, and sometime having str hama/mudo persona it have better chance to instant kill and pretty much lower chance get hama'ed. And further in late game you have homonculus, die for me, ensuring soul, friend sacrifices and etc.
You can tell alot of enemies affinities by their appearance
that and what skills they use. but that's mainly for regular enemies
I like men

Be careful about mahamaon
