Personally I think 80% of your emotions are generated in response to the music. Remaining is from the concept. If you do not believe me you can mute the volume and see the video. It will not hit you at all.
So with all due respects we must doff our hats to the music director, the singers and what they have created as a package that hits our emotional sense. :-)

The best part of the ad was when he arrived and figured out that the girl was blind which made him demotivated ( bcz he struggled to get there and when he arrived he thought it was a waste of time, effort to come there) but when he heard the girl singing was from the physically challenged organization he instantly got emotional and motivated

This ad really shows how fortunate we are. Also even the girl did not have two eyes it was replaced in her beautiful nightingale voice. Excellent job from Samsung India winning the hearts of all the people from the world.

Jaby, it was emotional because emotions are the way to touch someone's heart, they made that ad in a way that their ad made the viewers remember the ad everytime they would look at any samsung product and be like hey, these guys are very kind. And trust me if not anything, you can find a lot of emotions especially here in india
It's not only the blindness that touched our hearts, its the smile on their faces.
That smile is saying that they feel the 'BEAUTY OF LIFE' even though they are less fortunate to see it all.
I belive this video is more inspirational than it's emotional.
Inspite of the blindness these people are not bound by it and they are teaching us to follow their exaple.
They are enjoying life and inspiring us to be thankful for our lives as well.
