This show's theme song is actually closer to the one from the series "Gadget Boy", who was basically a child version of the Inspector, in fact in an episode of IGFT, when Gadget took a drink of water from the fountain of youth, he turned into Gadget Boy, implying that Gadget Boy is actually Inspector Gadget when he was just a kid.

Wowsers, the Intro is 1.30 minutes long. They would never do that nowadays. The "gadget and the gadgetinis" Intro is only 30 seconds, because of todays kids short attention span...
