there's something so satisfying about watching someone cook... it may just be how meticulous and gentle they work on it that makes it so interesting to watch

nice when everything is cut up for you and ready to go. wish it was that way in my house. 90% of cooking at home is buying, organizing, cutting, chopping, measuring, etc. the combining is the fun part.

The way the meat is grilled is polite and looks very delicious ♪
Hi from Mexico.I clicked on the thumb because this dish was made in Japan, there is something always special about how food is prepared there. Perhaps it would have been easier instead of continously dousing it with hot butter, to perhaps deep fry it?, although if one were to do that, it would change the flavour of the meat. It is no doubt a professional chef preparing the food. Presentation and everything is excellent! We have some cooking videos also in our many playlists.

I feel like Teppanyaki in Japan is far different from the Teppanyaki in the US.
In Japan, they use high grade ingredients and cook things to the proper temperature inside and out.
In the US, they make it into a juggling act, overcook the meat and use low quality ingredients.
Definitely night and day..
There are places in the US where the Teppanyaki are cooked in exactly the same way... But definitely not in the shopping malls etc...
