I’ve actually never been in a romantic relationship (oddly, since I’m 31), but I definitely look for connections that have a lot of intensity and a kind of fated quality… and trust is also important. These things are true of my relationships with friends and family too. Since I was little I loved having a best friend and that special on one dynamic, and I’ve sometimes struggled with feelings of jealousy even as a child. I couldn’t understand why my bestie would need any other friends 😈🖤

Oh boy, I've got Venus conjunct Saturn trine Uranus in my chart. Feels like I am always searching for a sense of stability within the spontaneity I crave when it comes to relationships. I find that I often enter relationships craving that sense of practicality and stability, but quickly get bored and shift my focus to the lack of excitement and unpredictability. I tend to assume that once I've formed a close bond with someone then they will be ready to evolve alongside me- unfortunately that has never been the case and I always end up feeling like my own growth is being stunted by the others stagnancy. I have Venus in Taurus trine Uranus and Neptune in Cap, and a Venus opposition to Pluto in Scorpio. I definitely see myself in each dynamic you mentioned, and it may explain why I want a lot of complex elements in relationships (the spiritual, creative, connections that are also unconventional and intense), but it's hard to find all of the things I want.

I have venus in virgo square Neptune in sagittarius with almost all other planets in Leo and Libra. Quickly falling in love with damaged people with mental illness and addictions. Seeing "potential" instead of reality and wanting to rescue people. My recent transiting Neptune square natal Neptune helped set in some necessary boundaries and grounding.

I am sometimes obsessive even when I don’t mean to be and all consumed when I meet someone I really like which can be very embarrassing as I sometimes feel like I can’t control it. And there always seems to be power struggles in the relationships as I’m quite a strong woman who wants to be treated soft feminine but also wants to take strong lead sometimes. It can be very confusing for all parties involved 😢 Trust and loyalty in terms of follow through is 100% important to me. Not just loyalty, but trust in what the person is saying is very important to me, that the other person isn’t just speaking hot air, I’ll call them out on it, which never goes down well. 🙈 Thank you as I wanted to understand what all the items together meant. It makes a lot of sense, maybe this acknowledgement can help me exercise better self mastery. 🙏🏻

I have Venus, Square Jupiter, trine, Saturn , sextile Neptune, conjunct Pluto. I have considered the Pluto aspect a lot as I can be and have been very intense and can be very obsessive in my relationships. can be all or nothing but then I have 4 planets in Libra in the 7th house and north node. now I see that I must get to know the other outer plants in aspect to Venus and what the want.

Wow! Thank you, Kelly! I love the way you teach. You make learning fun and easy to understand! This is so accurate and so me! I have all three aspects in my chart. I have Venus trine, Neptune, Venus opp Pluto (at the exact degree), and Venus opp Uranus (it's a little wide out of aspect, but it's applying). I've been married for 27 years, my husband is a great guy, but we are total opposites in many ways. He can be very controlling, and I totally can't take being controlled. So this can cause some significant issues. I also have a lot of Mars in my chart, Aries Sun and Scorpio rising, so that doesn't help, LOL! It was annoying when our kids were little, but I was busy with the kids, so I was not as bothered by it as I am now that our kids are grown. I wish I found astrology in my teens and not my 40s! Not that I wouldn't have married my husband, but maybe if I handled our relationship differently from the begining in a better way. Perhaps it would have changed our relationship dynamic, but who knows...

I have Venus in 12th trine Pluto and oppose Neptune and Uranus. Aquarius ruling 7th house. All of what you said applies, though it is strange contradiction with the Uranus aquarius energy vs the Neptune Pluto. I want deep intense spiritual love but then I also need a lot my space, freedom and me time haha
I have Venus as part of a Stellium in Virgo along with Pluto, Mars and Vesta. And it is sextile with my Scorp Neptune. I dream (Neptune) of a long-term (Pluto) relationship (Venus). I have done since 6yrs old. That Venus Neptune aspect of falling in love with love has been me all my life. I have so many chart aspects indicating that. One pattern backing my Venus sextile Neptune is that my Venus and Cancer Asc are the base in a Yod Apexxed by my Chart ruling Moon. That yod is also extremely _mergy_ energy. I can watch a film and be madly in love with the actress. The Venus Pluto thing is so, so, so true. I'm all of those things. Having Mars, Pluto, Vesta and Venus all conjunct makes many, many people pick me as a Scorpio. I can be very very obsessive. I run a mile from women with Venus Uranus, esp Conjuncts, Squares and Oppositions. Don't worry, I'd understand a woman running from a Mars Neptune guy!

I have Venus trine Pluto, honesty is so important to me. I don't know how to explain other then, "do NOT lie to me." I feel very strongly about that. There is no reason to lie to me, the truth is always better. I also find that I can usually immediately tell when I need to be careful around certain energies. I don't know how to explain this either. It's before any real knowledge on a specific person, upon hello I just have a feeling when they aren't trustworthy. I wish I was better at listening to this instead of brushing it off as anxiety.
I can relate to this so much, I have the trine too. I find people with the trine have this and highly intuitive about the nature of others within relationships
I really can relate to this, I also have the Venus trine Pluto. Thankfully I always was confident enough trusting my gut and following it. But I find myself struggeling with this "all or nothing" mentality in (any kind of) relationship. I really hope with time I´ll learn to handle that better.

I have Pluto in Libra in 12th ruled by fallen Venus in Scorpio in 1st. The Pluto-Venus themes were very much subconscious or hidden from me until many hard life lessons were learned. Natally, I have a wide Venus/Neptune conjunction, but my progressed chart shows a tight conjunction, along with square to Saturn and sextile Pluto. It's really hard coz i keep crushing hard for younger guys, and too willing to look and act the part they might need. Not sustainable, and emotionally painful. It seems i have no choice when i inevitably fall hard, even though i'm very slow to respond and very protective of my heart!
Venus in ♉️ opposite Neptune in ♏️ definitely have had a pattern of putting partners on a pedestal and not seeing them clearly. Currently dating a man who has this exact aspect as well. Same signs even. So one of us could topplie off our pedestals at any moment 😂 transiting Pluto is currently in a trine with my Venus. And yes I’m longing to make this a more complete connection. Greetings, I've been told I've got a strong Venus natal chart. I have Venus at night in Libra and in my Fifth House. Mercury conjunct Venus and Moon trine Venus. I'm very self-reliant I'm highly connected to the Moon in my life. I have high intuition and feel my surroundings.
I have a 7H Neptune at 29 Cap and a Venus-Sun interior conjunction cazimi (the conjunction happened during my birth and was separating as I was born). My natal Venus is Rx in Capricorn in the heart of the sun, both at 26. The sun is applying to Neptune but Venus is separating. I'm a cancer rising so Venus rules the 4h and 11h in my chart. I've only learned to slow down and reserve judgement about people recently. Before that, I used to be all over the place, always gunning to save the day, to reform people and give them something to believe in. And honestly, I was seeking something to believe in for myself by doing that. I've also had very different beliefs from my family and friends, which has caused a lot of friction, because I've been much more progressive and accepting than them. I was the first one to learn about social justice issues and educate my friends so they wouldn't be so reactionary. Around a couple of years ago, I developed piercing insight into people's characters because I finally allowed myself to be honest about what I was seeing instead of denying it because I felt bad for thinking 'bad things' about people. I'm in my mid-20s so I'm building everything up again from scratch: my friendships, my family (now that I've realized my family is abusive and manipulative), my ways of fitting into the world. I also used to be very anti-beauty. I lived and breathed for venusian creativity, always devouring it, but I placed myself very firmly outside of social norms and took a hardline stance towards beauty - placing myself firmly on the margins. This was partly because my mother used to point out all the ways in which I didn't measure up to her, so I formed my identity accordingly and became wary of beauty standards and conventions and how they could be used to harm people. My relationship to Venusian themes has been focused on those who fall outside of her domain (very the wretched of the earth style), protective of them because I've shared the harm and neglect they've faced.
My luck with relationships has really improved over the course of my life. It started out with a lot of manipulation and abuse but now I have someone to help me see through the Neptunian fog and to ground me when I'm rushing things or skipping ahead. The things I tended to dismiss became more benign over time, going from proper lying to plain incompetence and incompatibility. Romance started very young in my life (at 14) and I didn't have even a year off between things for a decade so I learned quickly and sorted things out there. In the meanwhile, I put my epiphanies about family and friends on hold. The Venus Rx just now - my Venus return to the degree and the Rx - really helped me catch up with everything I had ignored and made me realize I had to tear it all down and start again.
I would love it if you talked about Juno conjunct Uranus in synastry! It have this aspect In my 9H Sagittarius, I’m Juno him Uranus. but I also have his Juno conjunct my sun in Libra my 7H! And then the glue my Venus conjunction his Saturn in my 8H Scorpio! There’s other aspects of course.

Aspects are just one part of figuring out how a planet is operating in a chart. In traditional forms of astrology some aspects are so problematic there's an argument one would be better off without them! So not having any aspects can be a blessing in that there aren't any extra hurdles/obstacles to overcome. Having Venus in one of her home signs is a great gift, and is generally helpful. The other planet that is important to consider in relationships is the ruling planet of the DSC or 7th house. SO that planet's aspects will also play a role in relationship experiences too.

Finding out about the unaspected Venus has helped me to accept that and not be so hurt that I feel such a lack of control. I tend to stay single more often than not, and life is easier that way, but not nearly as enjoyable. Every day, I learn and grow more, and your teaching helps with that. One pattern backing my Venus sextile Neptune is that my Venus and Cancer Asc are the base in a Yod Apexxed by my Chart ruling Moon. That yod is also extremely _mergy_ energy. I can watch a film and be madly in love with the actress.
The Venus Pluto thing is so, so, so true. I'm all of those things. Having Mars, Pluto, Vesta and Venus all conjunct makes many, many people pick me as a Scorpio. I can be very very obsessive.
I run a mile from women with Venus Uranus, esp Conjuncts, Squares and Oppositions. Don't worry, I'd understand a woman running from a Mars Neptune guy!

I have Venus trine Pluto, honesty is so important to me. I don't know how to explain other then, "do NOT lie to me." I feel very strongly about that. There is no reason to lie to me, the truth is always better. I also find that I can usually immediately tell when I need to be careful around certain energies. I don't know how to explain this either. It's before any real knowledge on a specific person, upon hello I just have a feeling when they aren't trustworthy. I wish I was better at listening to this instead of brushing it off as anxiety.
I can relate to this so much, I have the trine too. I find people with the trine have this and highly intuitive about the nature of others within relationships
I really can relate to this, I also have the Venus trine Pluto. Thankfully I always was confident enough trusting my gut and following it. But I find myself struggeling with this "all or nothing" mentality in (any kind of) relationship. I really hope with time I´ll learn to handle that better.

I have Venus in 7H Aries in strong conjunction to Pluto and trine to Neptune - I feel Crazy magnetism with people and then I lose myself completely in relationships shortly after where everything becomes a blur - and there are power-themes and a deep wanting to spiritually connect. So everything you said was true! I know relationships is an area of life where we really get to develop and grow as individuals - but since all this is so intense (Pisces Sun) I really feel I want to check out of the love-carrousel at times - and at the same time these planet aspect won’t let me! Venus Square Uranus at an orb of 3 separating, and Venus Trine Neptune at an orb of 6 applying. I'm gay and these aspects along with many others involving my Mars and Moon very well describe the gay dating scene. Natally, I have a wide Venus/Neptune conjunction, but my progressed chart shows a tight conjunction, along with square to Saturn and sextile Pluto. It's really hard coz i keep crushing hard for younger guys, and too willing to look and act the part they might need. Not sustainable, and emotionally painful. It seems i have no choice when i inevitably fall hard, even though i'm very slow to respond and very protective of my heart!
Venus in ♉️ opposite Neptune in ♏️ definitely have had a pattern of putting partners on a pedestal and not seeing them clearly. Currently dating a man who has this exact aspect as well. Same signs even. So one of us could topplie off our pedestals at any moment 😂 transiting Pluto is currently in a trine with my Venus. And yes I’m longing to make this a more complete connection. Greetings, I've been told I've got a strong Venus natal chart. I have Venus at night in Libra and in my Fifth House. Mercury conjunct Venus and Moon trine Venus. I'm very self-reliant I'm highly connected to the Moon in my life. I have high intuition and feel my surroundings.
I also have a question - what if there are no aspects to Venus at all?
I have a 7H Neptune at 29 Cap and a Venus-Sun interior conjunction cazimi (the conjunction happened during my birth and was separating as I was born). My natal Venus is Rx in Capricorn in the heart of the sun, both at 26. The sun is applying to Neptune but Venus is separating. I'm a cancer rising so Venus rules the 4h and 11h in my chart.
I've only learned to slow down and reserve judgement about people recently. Before that, I used to be all over the place, always gunning to save the day, to reform people and give them something to believe in. And honestly, I was seeking something to believe in for myself by doing that. I've also had very different beliefs from my family and friends, which has caused a lot of friction, because I've been much more progressive and accepting than them. I was the first one to learn about social justice issues and educate my friends so they wouldn't be so reactionary.
Around a couple of years ago, I developed piercing insight into people's characters because I finally allowed myself to be honest about what I was seeing instead of denying it because I felt bad for thinking 'bad things' about people. I'm in my mid-20s so I'm building everything up again from scratch: my friendships, my family (now that I've realized my family is abusive and manipulative), my ways of fitting into the world. I also used to be very anti-beauty. I lived and breathed for venusian creativity, always devouring it, but I placed myself very firmly outside of social norms and took a hardline stance towards beauty - placing myself firmly on the margins. This was partly because my mother used to point out all the ways in which I didn't measure up to her, so I formed my identity accordingly and became wary of beauty standards and conventions and how they could be used to harm people. My relationship to Venusian themes has been focused on those who fall outside of her domain (very the wretched of the earth style), protective of them because I've shared the harm and neglect they've faced.
My luck with relationships has really improved over the course of my life. It started out with a lot of manipulation and abuse but now I have someone to help me see through the Neptunian fog and to ground me when I'm rushing things or skipping ahead. The things I tended to dismiss became more benign over time, going from proper lying to plain incompetence and incompatibility. Romance started very young in my life (at 14) and I didn't have even a year off between things for a decade so I learned quickly and sorted things out there. In the meanwhile, I put my epiphanies about family and friends on hold. The Venus Rx just now - my Venus return to the degree and the Rx - really helped me catch up with everything I had ignored and made me realize I had to tear it all down and start again.

I'm curious how this would play out with a partner who has natal Venus Square Uranus and moon Square Uranus but in our synastry I'm the Uranus person square to his Moon and Venus. Aspects are just one part of figuring out how a planet is operating in a chart. In traditional forms of astrology some aspects are so problematic there's an argument one would be better off without them! So not having any aspects can be a blessing in that there aren't any extra hurdles/obstacles to overcome.
Having Venus in one of her home signs is a great gift, and is generally helpful.
The other planet that is important to consider in relationships is the ruling planet of the DSC or 7th house. SO that planet's aspects will also play a role in relationship experiences too.

Finding out about the unaspected Venus has helped me to accept that and not be so hurt that I feel such a lack of control. I tend to stay single more often than not, and life is easier that way, but not nearly as enjoyable. Every day, I learn and grow more, and your teaching helps with that.
