All the fruits and vegetables are organically grown the black round shells you saw in the Suva market those are fresh water shells you put them in the pot with little water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes as soon as you see them open up you remove them from the pot and you squeeze a little lemon and bit of chillie pepper you remove them from the shells and stir fry them with butter and garlic they are very delicious Fijian people shouldn't be hungry they are so rich in so many things either on the land or sea they can find food anywhere ocean or river.

Fresh water mussels
All was good for $300 AUD , but needed a little more to your tour.
$300aud for a personal driver for 5 hours is very cheap especially split between 6 people.
Not cheap at all, considering the low cost of living there. $200 is a more reasonable price
