The bait Johnny has been fishing is called the LI L Bender. Just received mine on Saturday and have already caught a handful of fish on it. It’s really an awesome little glide bait

Been working on a glidebait design for 2 years now. Just caught a northern 4.5 and a 5lber on it in tough conditions. And like 25 fish on that same lure. It's still going strong. Once I get to releasing it, it's gonna turn some heads. It can do it all.

I like the way you present your videos. I've been bass fishing for the last 50+ yrs. and can always learn something new. Some of the topics you talk about I'll find myself saying "Oh yeah, I remember that!". I haven't used any hard small swimbaits yet, but I'll give them a try.
As for the "anglers" with the neg. responses, you'll find them either at the bait shops or on the dock talking up a storm but not on the water.
Please keep up the good work! You're doing great work for the new guys and us old geezers who forget about things we've done in the past!

Getting into the different glide baits and this one will surely help, I have been trying the smaller S- waver and liking that one so far.

Put some lead wire around the front hook it lets the bait sink a little faster and doesn’t hurt the action of the bait. I use small twitches as well

I have a i-slide 145 i bought it to build up some confidence and i am gonna try those retrieves i had bass follow and i watch come up and hit it with there noise but i am gonna keep trying

I burn em.. where I live with clear water you’ll see every fish in the lake and say “Ooooo look at that one following it” all day. If you work it faster than a walking topwater you may not see the fish eat it but they don’t have as much time to look at your bait only react.

The only small Glide bait I have tried was the 5-inch Nessie. And I could not get it to stop from blowing out. I would imagine it was me and something I was doing but it got to the point where I put it back in its package and never touched it again because even at a slow retrieve it just basically rolled around on the surface. I think you did a video on the nasty but I'm not sure if you did it on the 5 in. I might have to check on that
I like the 7 inch it runs great
@MattStefanFishing they were out of the seven. And I had bought a 6 and 8 in cull shad. So I figured I'd go with the smaller Nessie
How can I get a couple of those lures? The stores in my town doesn't sell anything like that. And they don't order anything outside of what they already order.
