Actually this interview is more successful than most interviewers attempt with Fat Mike. He is more laid back and interactive with the interviewers. Other interviews I've watched or listen to, were a template and nothing new but this one Fat Mike gives more information than usual and is more responsive. I got to give it to these guys that they are nervous and inexperience but they are fans meeting their idol. Good job guys

fat mike is and has always been my hero. the interviewers i cringed everytime i heard them speak. the main guy it was like watching a car crash.

wut major did rancid and br sign too? Nofx was on epitaph too and other than that rancid has distribution deal but theyre still on hellcat/epitaph
Rancid had a deal to gain support for indestructible from Warner, but it was never really a full record deal. But BR was signed to atlantic for a few albums. Still two great fucking bands.
Bad Religion went to Atlantic in 93 and completed their contract in 2000

Everybody talking bad about these interviewers but i found this stuff pretty entertaining
Just some constructive criticism, for what it's worth...work on getting a tripod and picking one or a few camera angles. I don't know the circumstances if this was planned or if it was something spur the moment but every time the camera man laughs the camera moves around and it makes my old eyes dizzy. Just my two cents. Other than that, good job guys.

I think he likes just talking to awkward nervous interviewers because he knows he can fuck with them more and get under their skin a bit. Also, the dude is 45 years old, he has enough friends and fans that he doesn't really need to worry about who he talks to. He can probably talk to anyone at this point and find something to enjoy about. That's one of the perks of getting older and wiser is that you DON'T have to give a fuck about who you talk to or why you're talking to them as long as there's something to get out of it.

Nah. This video features an interviewer who put himself out there to be viewed. He is annoying and not fun to watch. He should just be happy that Mike didn't make fun of him more.
