Greetings Engr. Pls what should be the access panel size for a fire damper installed on a 600 width by 200 height duct?
Access panel is required to replacement of fusible link of fire damper. Normally used 450mmx450mm or you can increase or decrease as per site conditions and duct sizes.
Rectangular Duct Area calculate krte hai But TDF flange and joint transverse duct joint ka area kaise calculate karenge
This area of TDF flange, joints and also scrap normally do not calculate because it is difficult to calculate therefore mostly we add safety factors % for this purpose to increase the duct area.
Ducting main clading ka Kya concept hota hai?
Cladding is used for protection of insulation from damage.

Ya phr humy CFM ki basis p separate krny ki zrurt nh hoti wo TAB ya inspection team khud adjust krti CFM with damper ?
The designer provides airflow(cfm) and sizes of air devices (diffusers, grills, etc.) in construction drawings. we have to order the air devices according to the sizes given in the drawing. When we air balance after installation, we adjust (partially open or close) the damper according to the given airflow in the drawings.
