Just a quick hello and a massive thank you for the lessons, you must put a lot of time and effort in to them. As soon as I have money coming in I will send some your way. Cheers mucker
I this lesson just what i was looking for ... I struggled with knowing when a measure of music finishes when I'm playing rhythm or leads ... Thanks for ur Great lessons
Very Helpful ! Thanks. Keep this up, man. Actually, I encountered a cadence in a song that used VII dom7 to I major. I don't know what it is but it sounds okay in the song. Is the VII dom7 works as a diminished chord to I chord? Please let me know if you have the explanation. Thanks again.
I just google that subject. But, there's no perfect answer. What I think is that the B7 to C major could be V-i cadence. The B7 to Cmaj7 could be a B7 to Em6; and Em6 = Cmaj7/E. Please, let me know what you think. Thanks.
Hi Jyckzy. A cadence is part of functinal harmony which is more applicable for minor and major scales than it is for modes. Modal playing doesn't go well with funtional harmony systems. Check my video "Modal playing": ruclips.net/video/_7hMEfWTWpM/видео.html
