    __________________________________________________________________________________________________Recipe:
    1. Divide the roof part and leaf part of bok choi
    2. Slice the mushrooms
    3. Mince 2 garlic cloves
    4. Boil mushroom slices for 2 mins
    5. Add root part of bok choi in the pot. Cook for another 1 min
    6. Mix 1 tbsp starch with 2 tbsp water
    7. Heat the wok and add 15 ml oil
    8. Stir fry the boiled bok choi and mushroom for 1 min
    9. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar
    10. Add the bok choi leaf and fry for another 30 secs
    11. Add starch syrup and mix

    3 bok choi
    150 brown mushroom
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp starch
