I bought the Promaster Grip for my D7000. It's a class act for a clone. Great fit great look great functionality. The only thing I'm pissed about is the box says it's alloy construction yet I doubt if that's true. Other than that for 99 dollars it's solid and just like Nikons version it's made in China. It may be lighter due to plactic construction so all is fair and good. One last thing. The dials and toggle fill just as good as the expensive Nikon Grip.
This corporate crab is getting to be just mafia. Why and how can you flat out lie about a major part of the grip the material. How is that legal. The grip is great so far but it should be half the price for being plastic.
Jujag Themag yep a little lower cost like maybe 75.00 would make it really appealing. However, compared to the mieke grip I had, the pro master is built better. I think I paid 40.00 for the meike.
Great video. What is the model/item number? I am trying to find one for my Nikon d7200 but am having no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

yep, the "metal" description is deceiving. other than that I'm still happy with the grip.
