Ralph, most of your narratives about construction, etc, are positive criticism. Some people it take as a personal attack on the government. You just want to see things done right.
A light railway or tram car can be useful in GT but in many areas there is little space to operate one.Then there is the problem of who will own and operate same eg municipality,government or private company and will fares be regulated?
On one hand you are saying ( portraying a negative image) that the current govt is spending ALL the oil money....then on the other ( portraying positively on previous govt) you are saying that without the oil money all of the construction would not be possible. How is that NOT being politically biased..??
Facts are facts they are not political just because they go against one’s own political party. It takes intelligence to understand the difference between facts and politics. In America trump has been lying since he entered politics 10 years ago but we watched how the media refused to call him a liar. They introduced new terms like alternative facts rather than call a lie a lie because they did not want to show political bias. I do not care about political appearances because I do not support either political party in Guyana. I call it the way I see it.
