The RV water pump is absolutely hammering your little sink plumbing setup. If you can find the space to add a 2 gal expansion tank it'll help even out the pressure and give the pump a more forgiving duty cycle while also being more gentle on the plumbing fittings.
I’m glad you take time to chill and have some fun sometimes. Work will always be there, breathe a little sometimes and let your hair down. Make good memories!
I think you have it backwards. Us old retired guys, with nothing but time on our hands, head to the woods on Monday when all the young locals go back to work. But then there are the nomads like I was that go into the National Forests and stake claim to a spot for months at a time. There was a time when I set up camp outside Flagstaff for the summer, and the Forest Service stopped in every now and then to visit. We kept a clean, quiet camp and helped reduce the fire danger by cleaning up pine needles and dead wood. Those were the good old days. Now, many places get posted, and there's no camping.
Decades ago I used to backpack and camp in Pisgah National Forest, mostly around Steel Creek. It's not super close, but not all that far from where you are camping. Nice area.
Crab apples are actual apples. Just small, sweet and delicious. I wouldn't put a tent near that chimney. Everything gives eventually lol. Great video Dalton.
I hope you see wearing an orange vest. I can’t even go on my property right now without some neon. I love to camp and fish and I love the woods. There is nothing better!
Looks like a lot of fun! That’s a neat old settlement. Definitely early pioneer days and would have been a lot home where the chimney is. Here in smokies we have stone walls and chimneys. Id say that’s a stone wall, but I’ve never seen one that tall. Does it go on for a long ways to make a fence for a field as they cleared? Or is it a short distance? Because if it’s a short distance and that high, I’m thinking you’re correct on the dam idea.
If you have an iPhone I believe it comes with a level. I know you usually have one with you. Come camp at Pickwick in Tennessee. We also have Shiloh. I will buy you steaks or marshmallows or both. And show you the best fishing spots. Or I would offer camping on my land. Not a street light in sight. It’s heaven on earth.
So beautiful. Nice area with the wall and chimney.
Looks like you all had a great time 😊
Rest, relax, have fun and cherish the memories. So glad you got away if only for a moment. YOU DESERVE IT!
Horse Apples from the bois d’arc tree. Always grow around fence lines because roosting birds poop the seeds.
When I lived in Paris, TX, the locals there called those “horse apples”.
Yay great to see you taking time to relax! Awesome to see the camper again too.😍 It sure looks like it's getting cold there though lol😁
Your thumbnail had me cracking up. And your camper has personality.
Beautiful camping spot.
Good times. Everyone needs a set-up like yours. That rocks. Loved that little pup.
Nice seeing you take a break!
Looks like so much fun.
Tree is Osage Orange - native to Arkansas
I was glad you showed the old chimney way cool.
I'm glad you had a tarp on your camper. The rain sounded heavy.
Nice to see you having fun.
Thanks for taking us with you. Looks like a good time!

So happy you had time with your friends and enjoyed yourself. I would be tempted to kidnap the dog🤣🥳🥳👏👏👌👌🫶
Time with buddies. Catchin' up, hiking, and quiet time. Balance is found anywhere between endevors and recreation.

Absolutely! No fun getting burned out… I’ve been there.
I have too. And kinda getting there again

Looks like a good time, glad u got a chance to get away.
Bro, you need a hot piece of apple pie to tear into.

What a spot!! Those rock structures are pretty neat. Y’all find Bigfoot out there too? lol
I'm jealous ❤

Camping Chat - Alive
This is way better than fixing a bathroom
Yes, those are hedge apples, they contain seed from the Osage orange trees.
I hope you stay relatively dry MM!
Wow! Awesome Waterfalls. I'm glad Y'all is having fun.
* that little dog is cute and funny. What's it's name?
Thanks for Sharing ✝️🙏
I'm glad you made it there
* can you make a fire in that chimney?

Know the area well. Lived in Wildersville TN near Parkers crossroads. Beautiful place back in the 70's haven't been there in a long time.😊
I miss the campfire cooking, but not the sleeping bags on the uneven ground when it's cold and rainy.
Ah, a bottle of the "high test" I see. It's not camping without one. I prefer Tito's myself.
Glad you got away. Well deserved.
