- Today's topic is Kite Launching kitemares - we carry on with our last week's topic, such as- accidental lifts and their little and big sisters. These are sketchy situations, but with just a little preparation, you can avoid these incidents in your kitesurfing life! Kite Crash Monday, where we discuss what went wrong and how to fix it! What is yours? Kitesurfing is fun as long as we keep it safe!

Great video. When ever launching or landing I am thinking in my mind if anything goes wrong I am pulling the safety immediately, I have it in my mind that is what I am going to do in an instant. Trying to save your kite could result in you not needing a kite ever again.
SO true, as you will have more experience you will be able to save it more and more often. IF you try it depends on the terrain - big open sandy beach you can play with less consequence. Rocky small beach ? just let go the whole thing!
@@EpicGust In my opinion if you cant pull your safety without destroying your kite then you shouldnt launch there in the first place. Basically it means you cant get dragged without serious injury.
We need more of those Videos, pls start making Videos again ive learned a lot.
