    9:35 SAME! I really relate to this, I do HIIT just once a month for cardiovascular reasons, otherwise I just do some really low impact cardio type of exercise. I remember last December I did HIIT everyday! Sometimes even on the weekends! After that month I felt tired, hated exercise, and overall my health was on a literal rollercoaster. I also want to lower body fat and lose three or four kgs at max, but this time I'm going to do it listening to my body

    omg YES i'm READY // EDIT: the point about starting out with beginner movements whilst super de-conditioned is super true. i've been doing beginner workouts ONLY for almost 7 full days and i can feel my body re-conditioning itself

I'm uploading a video about diet this afternoon and sharing my thoughts about the message that many big processed food companies promote that "as long as you exercise, you can eat whatever you want... including our products". Really passionate about this topic since I grew up experiencing the negative effects of being overfed a diet of mostly ultra processed foods~

I’ve done your k pop idol program about 3 times through now and for the first time in i don’t know how long I feel happy in my body!     So happy to hear from you a balanced goal for health and fitness...'cause i have been doing Caroline G.'s strength training everyday, which honestly is very good, but i feel exhausted all day.     Hey Lena, thanks for this video. I used to do lots of HIITS despite hating them. I would dread every cardio workout every single day even tho i was losing weight. Sure enough, i eventually stopped and went on a long hiatus. Recently i am trying so hard to get back to a workout routine but i kept failing. I dont want to repeat those hardcore HIIT days, but at the same time I was very scared that i would be wasting my time if i exercise without incorporating cardio. Your video gave me some form of assurances that it is ok to take it 'gently' and i shld exercise in a way that i could enjoy. I hope to see your workout routine 🤩🤩🤩

    Spending hours working out is not only helping your health better but also stopping you from earning more incomes. For me, 3-4 days a week is okay and I try to keep myself active all the times, walking as much as I can whenever I can. Eat smart and maintain a strong healthy mental is a key too 😄

    I’m studying drama and an important part of that is a two hour boxing class every week. I gained so much muscle and feel super bulky, I’m really not sure how I’m supposed to train to make that better. Maybe I’ll give this type of plan a shot.

    Guys! I think you should also try to do acupressure along with these exercises because it is scientifically proved that accupressures are really helpfull to increase height

    Hi lena I am divya I try your leg workout a month before and I lose 2 cm in one week after that I have my exam so l stop doing workout and focused on study after a month I was have 19 inches thigh now I have 22 inches thigh can you please help😭

    weightloss vs fatloss., i was worried when i stopped losing weight after few weeks of workout, but now i can see the difference in my body tone and it was fatloss.,my body looks slimmer and tone but it doesnt show on scale., so whats healthy is your fatloss and weightloss will eventually follow after I guess 🤍
