I would have to say, that their Alpha/Alfa Group (one of the many standalone units in the Federal Secret Service/FSB) and their SOBR (Special Rapid Response Unit/OMSN) teams are the best at what they do, in and outside of their homeland. Especially of the many units like SOBR Rubin/Ruby, SOBR Viking, SOBR Bulat, SOBR Terek.
