    Here’s my list:
    9. The King of Limbs
It’s not terrible by any means, just not that good. There are some interesting ideas and sounds here and there, but the main problem is that it’s just boring. Every track goes on for way too long with the same two instruments for 4 minutes at a time.
    8. Pablo Honey
PH is really overhated. Not Radiohead’s best work, but it’s not bad for a debut album. I can see why it gets so much hate, but I personally like it.
    7. Amnesiac
It’s just leftover scraps from Kid A thrown together and rushed out. There are a few good songs like Knives Out and Life In A Glasshouse, but it just doesn’t work.
    6. Hail To The Thief
This one’s kind of a mixed bag for me. 2 + 2 = 5 is a banger, Sail To The Moon is great, Sit Down Stand Up is a favorite of mine, I love the guitar on Myxomatosis, and there are a few other standouts. I also love the lyrical themes and the way they’re presented. But it just doesn’t hit as hard as the other albums, and a lot of it is just kinda meh. Still a solid 8/10 though.
    5. The Bends
This is where Radiohead started to become what they are today. It still carries some of the sound from PH, but overall, it’s an amazing sophomore record. Just is a crazy prog rock song, Fake Plastic Trees is a beautiful, and High And Dry is my brother’s favorite Radiohead song.
    4. A Moon Shaped Pool
These top 4 are some of my favorite albums ever. I love the dark atmosphere and the ambient sounds. Daydreaming is my third favorite Radiohead song. You can tell that Thom was in a very dark place when he made it. Driving down a freeway at night with this playing is an experience.
    3. In Rainbows
What is there to say about it that hasn’t already been said? I first listened to it on a road trip through the mountains, and it was really an experience. Faust Arp and Nude are two of the first songs I ever learned to play on the guitar, so those two songs have a very special place in my heart. So many of the best Radiohead songs are on here. Bodysnatchers, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, and Jigsaw Falling Into Place are just a few.
    2. OK COMPUTER
It’s a masterpiece. One of the greatest albums ever made. Paranoid Android is one of the greatest rock songs in my opinion, on the same level as Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit, G&R’s Sweet Child O’ Mine and Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody. No Surprises was my first exposure to Radiohead at 3 years old, so it’s very nostalgic for me. It’s a truly brilliant work, and its social message is becoming more and more relevant every year.
    1. Kid A
This album is one of my all-time favorites. It’s atmospheric, intricate, experimental, and just overall brilliant. Every track elaborates on the sound of the album and brings a new element to it, making it feel fresh yet also consistent throughout the entire duration. Sometimes I feel like I’m on another planet when listening to it. I first listened to it during a very hard time in my life, and it really struck a cord with me at the time. I got pretty emotional the first time I heard Treefingers and Motion Picture Soundtrack, and those tracks still hit really hard all these years later. Some people may prefer OKC, but Kid A will always be my favorite.

One of the many good things about your shows is that they make you dig out the albums and really listen to them again. Although with Radiohead, there are several that get played regularly in my house. My list:
    9. The King Of Limbs - short and with eight songs, of which only three or four are of significance.
    8. Pablo Honey - too often dismissed as a slight embarrassment, this has some good stuff, including You, Anyone Can Play Guitar, Blow Out and, of course, Creep.
    7. Amnesiac - yes, patchy, made up of Kid A leftovers, but somehow I like this. Packt Like Sardines, Pyramid Song, You And Whose Army?, I Might Be Wrong, Knives Out, Dollars And Cents, I could go on.
This is where it gets difficult. The next six are great albums and are why Radiohead are my favourite band of the last 25 years.
    6. A Moon Shaped Pool - beautiful arrangements, lots of feeling to the songs, and a Jonny Greenwood guitar break!
    5. In Rainbows - this put them back on top after the mixed reception of Amnesiac. Hard to fault.
    4. Hail To The Thief - long and with fourteen songs, of which all are of significance. For me, it's like their "Revolver", full of great, varied songs.
    3. The Bends - introducing the band we know and love now. Top of the Premier League.
    2. Kid A - I love it, it's a masterpiece, but there's happens to be another one...
    1. OK Computer - I love it, it's a masterpiece, it's so full of great songs that it has to be top of the list.
Thanks, Adam. I'm looking forward to your King Crimson show.

Very relatable list. My personal favourite would have to be The Bends. It might not be the unparalleled masterpiece that OK Computer foreshadows the sheer impact of our cultural society. But The Bends encapsulates sheer emotion every time I listen to it. Both albums were way ahead of their time

    Great video.
I wouldn't consider myself a huge Radiohead fan but I do like them a lot. Probably a top 100 band for me.

Nice review! My top 3 are:
    1. The Bends
    2. OK Computer
    3. In Rainbows
When "The Bends" came out I listened to it non-stop. It is still one of the top albums of all time for me. However, I remember some disappointment I felt with "OK Computer" despite its universal appraisal. For my ears the album would be stronger without 3 songs that spoil it for me somewhat: "Electioneering", "Climbing up the walls" and even "Exit music (for a film)". I still do not know I like those songs. And, of course "Fittier happier" should have been left out. Without those 4 tracks it would have been an eight-song miracle. At variance, all of "The Bends" is perfect.
Also "In Rainbows" has been climbing for me, recently overtaking "Kid A". "Kid A" is a nice record, but I don't want to listen over and over again like I do for "In Rainbows".

Pretty much agree with the whole list - certainly the top 4 anyway. Another really interesting and entertaining episode. John Leckie and The Smiths though?

I'd say Kid A is far more overrated than OK Comupter. The Bends is my absolute favorite.

I didn’t think anyone loved the Bends as much as I did, but it seems to have a lot of love here and in the comments! Bends and OK Computer are two of my favorite albums of all time (1 and 1A in their catalog for me, interchangeable), and I go back and forth between In Rainbows and Kid A at 3 and 4. Loved hearing your thoughts.

All things fair and opinionated, this is cool and it does open the door for conversation because Radiohead fans are those special people who have unique takes on what is their greatest/worst work so far (the 'so far' implying that we'll hopefully get more from them before time and age takes its toll). Here's my personal list of their great to worst albums:
    1. Kid A
    2. In Rainbows
    3. Amnesiac
    4. OK Computer
    5. The Bends
    6. A Moon Shaped Pool
    7. Hail to the Thief (Having listened to Thom's suggested tracklisting, if the album was released that way, it'd be sitting above The Bends)
    8. Pablo Honey
    9. The King of Limbs
I'm taking into consideration composition, arrangement, performance, production quality, and those abstract factors like what is the album as a whole saying to me, what risks were taken in this production and did they pay off artistically, and most importantly as a consumer of art, which we all are, how did I feel immediately after listening to this, an hour after listening to this, a day, a week, a year... I'm sitting here 15 years into my fandom and I catch myself repeating 'I'm a reasonable man, get off my case' rather than anything that was written for The Bends, so Amnesiac means something for me. What a band.

Another great video. Any chance that we get a Smashing Pumpkins video? That's a 90s band that is under appreciated by my fellow millennials!

Most overrated band in music history. I go with Porcupine Tree anytime. Please rank their albums.
