    Excellent insights from Moshe Cohen. Emotions are reinforced by our narrative, rather positive or negative. Living in the future, especially when a catastrophic future, keeps us in an emotional storm and is far from a successful outcome. We anticipate the worst possible response from our counterparts.
    That is the way our brains work because of our outdated adaptative response to threats.
    So thank you very much for this podcast, Tony.
    I will buy the book.
