Or, maybe it would cost more to connect to the city. 🤔 I think a composting toilet or an RV toilet with a disconnect to empty into a near by sewer might work. 🤔 I've seen van dwellers use camper water bags to take a shower in a make shift wet bath 🚿🛁 🙋🏾♀️ I'm sitting here rattling my brain 🧠 with ideas.
