Everything is simple and straightforward. I bought the beef cut into pieces for the goulash, but any other cut of beef is also suitable.
The most important thing is to stew on the lowest heat you can set. so that the meat slowly stews and does not burn!!!
You will need:
500g of beef for goulash
400g of onions
100g of butter
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
0.5 teaspoon of salt
Peppercorns
