Let me just extend this theory:
You were born into royalty around the middle age era. You’re the kings son. Your father (the king) is very old. You want to be the next king. You’ve waited years , years, and years to become king. When an awful, but awesome idea gets into your head. You will follow your father around for a few days. You’ll wait till no one is looking to finally kill your father and become the next king. You try your plan and it works. Now you have dress up as the king, or your father. And put on his clothes, with a voice just like your fathers, no one will know, right? However, know other people are doing the same plan. People from the town want to be the king. You have to watch your back, before anything happens.
I remember playing this game when it before flash died, and i can tell you that the best ending is the jester one.
