I've been subscribed to you for a 4 months and have seen in real time how you've grown your channel by pumping out consistently useful videos that are edited and filmed to a high quality. You certainly practice what you preach, a question I have though is what is your motivation for doing this on RUclips if you're successful within your own business? Do you feel there is a ceiling within film production that you've hit and RUclips is a slightly different venture?

He and a lot of RUclipsrs in many different sectors know very well that if ur popular on RUclips and do a lot of views they can make very high passive income, especially combine that with a course they make for you to buy. Many of them will be very straight forward and are very pushy for you to take action to buy their cousre/masterclass and some will be more smart and discrete in their way of making you wanting to buy their course. Anyway, basically he makes good money off of running a video agency, but they still have to work to make money. That's where RUclips passive incomes come into play. Many people only realise know how good RUclips is a opportunity to make money. Just look at all the popular RUclipsrs who started a long time ago because they had noticed this opportunity very early on ;)

Hey, Ross great advice, but i'm struggling on the follow up part, so I sent them a follow up which showed them their competitor to spike their interest, I can see from my email tracker that the mail has been opened... but they didn't reply back, so what should be my next follow up?
