Im rejected since my mother carried me in her wombs and actually untill now my father rejected me but through this song my heart learn to forgive and thought me to accept my situation. I always get a kick out of watching reactions to MAPA, especially when the parents are invited to sit in. Your mom is so so sweet. I don't know why I thought she was Filipino, probably because she's beautiful. I hope she listens to more of SB19's music. One interesting fact I want to share with you is that MAPA - the band version with Ben&Ben - is on US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's 'On the Road' playlist. Yes mom, Esta son las mananitas was a song I learned when I was little. My elementary school teacher taught it to me. I still remember the lyrics. Oh by the way, tagalog language has many words derived from the Spanish language because the Philippines was under the Spanish rule for 300 years...
