MAPA is a wonderful song that parents and child can be the topic to discuss while listening to the song especially when you dont normally say in words how much your parents mean to you. Sometimes it is hard to speak the words, but with MAPA, its like a message that you want to pass to your parents.

Who wouldnt be touch by this song? Simple but hits HARD. It made me cried too. So many people cried and was touched too. A song that pays tribute to our parents who have raised us to who we are now. Not all pop group or artist will remember to dedicate a song for their parents.

Hey there, Lucas (& Lucas's Mom)! If you liked MAPA and want to listen to it again (to get to know the song and SB19 better), I highly recommend listening to the recent live performance on THE FIRST TAKE (TFT). Why? First, that one is a live performance so you'll see the guys actually singing it. Second, the TFT performance is more than 3 years after the original recording you just reacted to. In that time, the guys' voices have grown and improved, so the way they sing there is richer and stronger. While still retaining its elegant simplicity, the arrangement and instrumentation for the TFT performance has also evolved from the original. In short, it's MAPA again, but musically BETTER and with more SB19 goodness! (In fact, the TFT version of Mapa is so good that it has been released as a single, so you can have both the classic and the TFT version on your playlist!)
All in all, I believe watching the live performance of Mapa on The First Take will increase her appreciation of the song and the band! Thank you, both! Looking forward to more of your duo reactions! 🙂
I think for first time listeners, this MV is preferable. But after the MV, then, the TFT's MAPA is the next to see the live vocals of SB19.

Also, if one sees the TFT version first, then they have no point of reference to realize how it's an evolution or next-level step up from the original. 👍

I think Tagalog is so poetic! It touches your heart and makes you feel the emotion even if you don't know the meaning of the words. Then the English subs just make your heart melt! The chorus is a Filipino lullaby that Pablo rememberd being sung to him. Great reaction!
