Albert, I would benefit from seeing the original reference, if you are using one. It would help me appreciate the solutions and decisions that you make. It would also help my students make connections. Food for thought. :) Thanks for sharing your process!
Amazing Albert! Such a pleasure to see you work, your coloring is fantastic. The way it takes live, give more and more depth. It seems so effortless. I could watch it for hours. Thanks for sharing!
This is stunning and the music is perfect. I love that art can take you to good places, both mentally and physically and teach you so many things. I'm very aware of my surroundings, more so than I was before. I find beauty in things I never thought were "beautiful" my mind has been opened. Truly. So grateful to be learning with you all.
Great to see your process. Please keep them coming. Loved your online course and book and very inspiring and started me drawing again with a renewed passion. Thank you.
Thanks Roland!! Many things happening! New book out in april (not houses!) and a new course in development. And I will really be spending time working on my RUclips channel!!
LOVED your Domestika tutorial - worth every penny! Just curious - have you ever done a "haunted house" in this loose sketch/marker style? I think that would be amazing!!!
Wonderful! Could you put in a long close-up of the finished picture at the end of the video and also maybe a slow scan up and down the finished picture. If you do this, filming in landscape orientation would be better.
That’s an ongoing exercise 😉 I sometimes still get carried away! That’s why we can always to the page or grab a new sheet!! It’s what makes this so great to do!
Mooi om je proces te volgen. Detail wat me opviel. Even die witte posca gebruiken op andere blad voordat je die gaat gebruiken op je orginele tekening. Ik herken dit omdat idd posca even moet uitproberen voordat het echt werkt. Verheug me op al je video´s. Succes!
I love your loose style. I'd really like to see the names of the colours you're using. I've seen other RUclips artists put the pen cap they're using on the desk for us to see. I think in your case this may interupte with your process, but some reference would be helpful to a newcomer.
I work very fast, even when not sped up in the video and it would indeed seriously slow down my process. I will see that I will somehow add a commentary track and name some of the main colors in future videos Alan.
You would not want to hear the sound!! 😄I forgot to turn it off so the sound was sped up too… very annoying to listen to :-) This was done from a photo I made on location…
It was in the read me 😉Audio was sped up as well… like a squirrel in a truckload of cafeine!! But Ihave place some background music to it this morning 😊
Oh, but there is a profound difference between Domestika and here! Here you will see some more background thoughts. The course on Domestika was put together with great care and a great and professional team precisely for making a really well thought out course. You can see this as auxiliary material.
Great course well worth subscribing to, feedback so helpful and more consistent than other courses. I see this as extra material, great to see how he approaches a project.
Brilliant! More videos like this please !:)
will do!! Thanks!!🙏🏻🍀
Expectacular !! I have found a way of drawing that moves me with joy, thank you!! Anthony

That's a great idea! I will take more design and reference considerations in my upcoming videos!
Truly inspirational process and beautiful artwork. I'd love a list of pens and colours used in future videos - especially the shadows.

I did your course on Demestika on Friday and LOVED it, where can i find more tutorials ?
I am working on a second one for Domestika. But I will do stuff here too!
Hi Albert. How much did you speed up the video? (just to have an idea how much time you took to make this beauty)
The sketch took an hour to make. So you have an indication🍀✨
Wonderful!
Could you put in a long close-up of the finished picture at the end of the video and also maybe a slow scan up and down the finished picture. If you do this, filming in landscape orientation would be better.
I will. And yes... I will cater more to the landscape format of computer screens (or TV's) in my newer video's! Thanks for joining!
I'm learning how to leave parts uncolored.
...or I should say, how stop my urge to color everything.
Thanks :)
That’s an ongoing exercise 😉 I sometimes still get carried away! That’s why we can always to the page or grab a new sheet!! It’s what makes this so great to do!
Love this! What size of fineliner are you using?
I use a 0.1 and 0.3mm Faber Castel fineliner🍀
❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you 🙏🏻🍀✨

Dank je Gerard! Ja soms hapert de Posca, soms is hij waterig. In elk geval altijd even testen and kom je voor nare verrassingen te staan :-)

May be you can mention here that what are the colours used in this video. @@housesketcher
How long would you say it took you to create this from start to finish? Great work! Thanks!
Typically, a sketch will take between 45 minutes and an hour...
Quel silence ! 😄 Qui peut me dire si le dessin est réalisé d'après photo ou dans la rue ?
You would not want to hear the sound!! 😄I forgot to turn it off so the sound was sped up too… very annoying to listen to :-) This was done from a photo I made on location…
@@housesketcher thank you
Dude I love your art. I love it, but if your gonna do videos please talk or have music or something. Silence is deafening. Lol.
It was in the read me 😉Audio was sped up as well… like a squirrel in a truckload of cafeine!! But Ihave place some background music to it this morning 😊
Why is your content still on Domestika for purchase if you're giving it free here? Seems I wasted my money. Nevertheless, great methods and sketches.
