a better workaround is deku touches the jewel while trying to save bakugo and ends up the juggernaut so all might doesnt have to do anything except dispose of the villain

Cyttorak doesn't care What you use his power for, as long as you Destroy.
That's why Cain just robs banks most of the time (instead of trying to take over the world or killa bunch of people).
Ripping off a vault door is just as destructive as ripping apart people.
A smart boy like Deku can figure out how to use that for good (mainly by fighting villains)
