  • Fried chicken is so delicious, but when it's bite sized, it is easier for the kids to eat. I use chicken leg and thighs and lightly bread them to make a delicious meal.

    生姜+ニンニク+醤油+酒少しの伝統的な味付もオススメ。

Fried chicken is delightful! I love the splatter cover, I use ours all the time cause I am terrified of the oil splatter ha ha Thank you Ruth!

    唐揚げは揚げ焼きでは無く、鶏肉が浸かるくらい油を入れて作る方が良い

I love this super simple recipe! Is chicken sold the same as in the states meaning boneless skinless or bone-in and packs of all one type or a whole bird etc.. also how is the price of chicken in Japan? It used to be a cheaper choice for meat but now it is running neck and neck with steak as far as price?

Chicken is definitely cheaper than beef and quite common. It comes like in the USA - with skin, without skin, whole, legs/thighs, etc.

Why don’t you use chopsticks to cook with, so much easier.

Please don’t use a fork to cook with! Use tongs or long cooking chop sticks!,,
